I only had a simple question and I had to repeat my self more then 3 times because Janet couldn’t remove her headphones out of her hears! This unbelievable that a employee gets pay to chill over there was so rude and trust me I am on the luck for other gym cuz I am so desagradable by the way Janet treat me and her music on like I wasn’t there unbelievable!

Jenette is super rude! If she’s at the front desk I recommend asking for someone else to answer your questions or help you out because she’s entitled and is always rolling her eyes. It seems like she hates her job!

Recently became a member after hearing a radio ad.like it alot especially since it's down to earth like WalMart and mckeedees. It's a MC Gym. Basic and simple. Also everyone is mostly Hispanic, like alot cause like to be around my own RAZA

This place did me horrible been coming for years now, but the employees are extremely unprofessional and very rude. Jenette is the manager have no idea how she got that job, not a people's person what so over. I canceled my membership, is that bad.

The employee Jenette is very unprofessional. She always has her headphones in without a care in the world that there are customers that need to be attended. Whenever I was able to get her attention she rolled her eyes at me and got someone else to help me out. What kind of business is this?

This was my first and my last time visiting this location, the employe I believe her name was jenette was completely unprofessional when I was trying to talk to her but she had her AirPods and kept making me repeat myself i felt completely disregarded, will not be coming back

Love this place.hopefully it doesn't close but it's usually empty and there's just enough equipment to reach my goal

Great Place to work out, very good at social distancing and today's mask wearing laws commited to help insuring for the members to have a great experience, great job guys! Keep up the good work.

Its clean, not crowded and people are polite and respectful, good gym vibe and fear price, im enjoying my membership

The Staff is rude they only greet people they personally know, they do not greet everyone. They spend a lot of time talking and joking off amongst their self. I will be finding a new gym.

Clean, roomy, and relaxing. Great equipment and the staff I've met were all courteous and knowledgable. Worth the cost.

The customers service is bad. It was my first week and people are lounging and texting on machines. I tried to do the 30 minute station and people won't respect the instructions posted. The gym personnel didn't help when I asked assistance so I could finish the circuit. I asked for a manager and she still didn't help. I'm frustrated with the service and lack of equipment availability due to people resting on it. You get what you pay for. Not worth it.

I’ve been a member of planet fitness for over a year, I tried transferring my account from Pomona to this location, and the customer service here is excellent, their on point when you are needing for help. Aylin was very helpful and communicative, I would recommend others to sign up at this location.

Have been coming here for a few years. Could get a bit full, but now I come early in the morning. Good place.

This is a great place to get your work out done, very clean, plenty equipment and friendly staff.

More crowded than some gyms right after work. The machines are all great and the facility is clean, but not my favorite PF.

I am a member here. Great place to exercise and relax, as they have the massage beds and chairs. Staff is always friendly and help in what ever you need. Highly recommend

This is literally the worst gym I've ever been too! Most of the employees lack of good customer service! The workout machine are always out of service, padding on them is ripped. The Hydromassage beds never work. I'm pretty much done with this gym starting today! I recommend that you look elsewhere for a gym.

The membership fee is low. Has all the equipment I need for my fitness needs. Great place to workout for anyone. Sal is very helpful, any questions u have I would suggest you ask for him.
