The gym is very clean and has a good selection of equipment. The only issue is it's insanely busy from 4: 30-8: 30 or so. I've gotten there and had to leave because every single piece of popular equipment was being used. I go a bit later now to the 24hr location in Rohnert Park. Would LOVE to see this one go 24hrs. It might also help spread out the peak hours crowd a bit.

I just joined today. Read a lot of bad reviews from 4 months ago but. Today, everything was clean, everything was in good working order, the staff were courteous and friendly.
Glad I went. Can't beat the price either.

The old front desk worker is rude and kept telling me my account didn’t pop up. Was being unhelpful.

Great gym (or this particular location is, anyway), but I had to drop my membership because of the hours of operation, which got worse after the whole Covid debacle. Maybe if they offered slightly better pay for the night shift they might attract someone willing to do it. HINT HINT.

Dirty and staff is unfriendly. Why dust when people are working out? Showers are moldy and the heating rooms are nasty.

Scam artists, do not get a membership with this company at any location anywhere. They make it extremely and unethically difficult to cancel the membership. And will continue to charge you even after multiple attempts to cancel. They will also forward you to collections to ruin your credit.

Great great deal! And they have a summer Pass for kids 19 and below for FREE. Staff does not give a tour on your first day so you kinda fend for yourself but has great machines and a free app that has a great selection of workout videos and machines haves QR codes you can scan so you can watch a video on how to use them. Clean locker rooms with showers available. All in all a great deal!

If you like ice cold showers and filthy shower stalls, this is the place for you! My lady workout buddy said it's the same in the ladies locker rooms. One of the nastiest PFs we've visited nationwide.

I had a nice workout. No waiting for machines. The main area was clean, well organized, and a lady was wiping down the front door windows. That's a good sign, right? Nope. After my workout, I was looking forward to a nice relaxing shower. The ladies showers were super dirty and the water was freezing. My workout buddy said the mens showers were the same. Pretty disappointing. The lady at the front said she'd "look into it". We were here a few days ago and the ladies room has not been cleaned since then. Yuck!

I love the gym, but there's a LOT of people that just sit on machines on their phone for 30 minutes and nothing is done about it, so entire machines are hogged for long periods of time.

Down graded to 3 stars. Could be 5 stars, but facility is under staffed. The 30 Minute Express workout area is meant to be timed by a red light / green light system to use all 20 stations in 30 minutes. However, it is now overrun with people who occupy stations for 5 to 15 minutes, mostly sitting and texting. I asked staff if there was a time set aside, like 1 hour in the evening for people who want to do the Express Workout as designed. Short answer is no, and they don't care that the area is unusable for the Express Workout.

Finally put up a sign to let the 30 Minute Express Circuit be completed in 30 minutes. Related to 5 stars. Thankyou PF.

It was wonderful they're pretty been nice since I suffered from a stroke and I'm trying to get back on my feet again and didn't look at me funny cause I have no hair due to breast cancer. Overall of wrong it was a wonderful experience

Not bad, not amazing. It’s a place to workout. It’s clean and has a decent variety of weights, machines and cardio. It’s great for the price. No classes though, no foam rollers, and little space for stretching. Machine layout/organization could definitely be improved. Bathrooms are fine, but I don’t use the showers.

Front desk is friendly when they aren’t scrolling on their phones. Half the time they don’t look up to acknowledge you, but when they do they are very friendly.

Black Card Fitness members get use of the massage chairs, hydrotherapy chairs and tanning beds, which are a nice perk.

Overall good bang for your buck if you just want an affordable, clean place to get your workout in.

I enjoy this club for the massaging machines that help me with my arthritis and the circuit training that helps me lose weight and stay in shape. The crew members are very polite and courteous.

Workers are 50/50 to say hello, either smiling and saying hello. Or focused on watching a football game. The massages are usually open and the area is pretty clean. Nice people, good beginner/intermediate gym

Not enough room to properly stretch. Theres not enough space for multiple people to do ab exercises, either. The shower stalls are hilariously cramped and the changing stalls don't have benches. This location needs a redesign and some equipment removed from the "stretching" area because it's cramped. Barely any floor space. These are things management cant fix easily and I doubt they'll happen, but other gym goers need to be aware. At least it's clean, though.
