Being closed for more than 4 months is very unprofessional. The gyms should be the last place closed. I want to cancel my membership over this. Very unreliable.

Amazing Atmosphere, kindly helpful genuine staff members, incredible new equipment, clean, and amazing amenities.

Needs a bit of a clean up: pressure washer around the front of the gym. There is feces and urine outside the perimeter of the building. I really like this facility but needs more equipment: missing weights add more dumbells since people hog them up. You find one dumbell the other pair is missing. I dont know if people take them. Why can't we bring are own items? If we cant then make sure the facility is stocked up with them.

The "circuits" people hog the machines.small af and limited machines unlimited time to use it is bull. Plus it's hot af in there.

They are good the employees there some are ok but others are not happy to be there the machines space and building are decent overall good location to go exercise.

Terrible customer service with the night shift from 1am on July 23,2018–including both cleaning staff and front desk staff.

I didn't feel welcome. I felt like the trainer really didn't want to be bothered! I have only been once because of that.

Ive been coming here for a while the staff is nice except the female personal trainer! She is so rude and ignore us when we want to join her class. I’ve heard of other people that have stoped attending this location because the personal trainer is rude and not helpful at all. This is a gym and a personal trainer should be there to help. Management need to look into this.

It's affordable and close to home. All of staff are always courteous and friendly. The core class with personal trainer is exceptional! Very advanced! Great group training sessions!
I also noticed that stuff seems to be dedicated to cleaning more and doing an upkeep! Good job!
Need more wight (where did the 12 pounds dumbbells go) ? Sets and a roving machine.what about child care area?

Broken equipment such as a nonstop treadmill and broken steps on the stair Master, toilet paper put VERY FAR AWAY from the toilet in the handicap stall, bloody pads in the shower, no hooks to hold your bags when showering and dirty drain for the showers.

Free parking! Staff are friendly. Would have given it 5 stars but the total body enhancement #3 lights are half dead. Please fix. Because they always send me there as the default.

My experience at this location is pretty good, I go in the morning and the staff is pretty friendly always greeting me with a good morning and good bye, the location it self is pretty clean.

Smells horrible and feel humid af. Horrible customer service. Packed like sardines, never any machines available.

Needs a multi function cage like huntington park. Good for pull ups.plus a whole lot more. Other than that, this location certainly serves its purpose. I will revisit again.

Came in to inquire about membership i was helped out by team member anthony answered all my questions and was very pleasant and informative which made me feel comfortable and more inclined to join.
