Planet Fitness, Buena Park CA

I cannot speak for any of the others Gyms but the one on Knott & Lincoln in Buena park is si well maintained and clean I would eat in there they clean the machines multiple times daily and use floor scrubber as well when you walk in you can not only see how clean it is you can smell it. THE Manager Keanu takes pride in keeping his gym clean as well as the employee's I always look forward to workout days

Planet fitness is very clean the staff is doing a good job cleaning walking around making sure everyone is wearing there mask there doing a great job keeping it clean!

Been coming here for quite some time already, and I have to say I’ve been super happy to be a member here! The whole gym is clean, always with a steady flow of people that keeps everyone motivated on achieving our goals, and the staff is incredible! If you’re not coming to this location, you’re missing out. And to top it off it’s open 24 HOURS 7 DAYS A WEEK, no excuses! It’s a great place to workout.

This is my favorite gym / location. This gym is clean clean clean, the team is very friendly and helpful.

Doesn't get crowded like the ones in LA and other locations. No gym rats, clean and friendly staff.

This place has roaches and its filthy, soon as I walked in I walked out will not be going here ever again. I'm disgusted

Buena Park planet fitness is by far the best I’ve gone to! It gets busy but every time I go (everyday) I catch a good 1-2hr work out. The bathrooms are really clean (all the time). The staff is always really nice and helpful! I got no complaints.

I love planet fitness. With it's state of the art exersise equipment and well trained staff, Planet Fitness is the "judgement free zone" to belong to for health and fitness, and best of all fun,

The people what work in the morning are always happy, their great. Give them all big fat pay rise!

Honestly one of the best locations I've been to yet. Staff are awesome, and this place is open 24/7. Definitely coming back to this location.

I love the fact that this planet fitness is so clean and organized i usually only come in the weekends because it the only one closest to me thats open 24 hours on friday and saturday. The only reason i dont give it a five star is because the night employees seem kind of rude. They dont say hi or even acknowledge you when you come in they just stick out the scanner and i kinda find that rude and like i said i love that this location is always clean but i also dont like that they clean close to you as you are working out like you are bugging them. Maybe you should switch the night shift once in a while. Maybe they find it unfair to work grave yards every weekend but it is not cool to be like that to customers.

So, first off, I'm rating this at 4 stars because the atmosphere was always weird being in there. It didn't feel judgy it just felt very awkward. I wish I could give it 5 because the customer service was pretty awesome. The staff was always on task doing something asking if they could help, always had Smiles on their faces. There's an assistant manager their named Jenny and she's way awesome. Go to Jenny. Run to Jenny!

I've been a member for a year already and I've noticed that the monthly subscription has changed in a somewhat questionable way. I have already provided a banking account number twice, told that my payment on February didn't go through, and then asked to provide another voided check. It's a great place tbh, but the memberships kinda feel like a clustertruck.

Everybody is so friendly they're especially Jennie Hernandez the assistant manager and Yesi the manager is very sweet and helpful whenever I've ask for assistance. I will definitely come back again. Thank you for the good service and keep up the good work.

I love this planet fitness. The staff is really friendly. Specially, Jennie but Raul is pretty cool, too. The short female manager is kind of a b***h. The people that go there to work out are cool. Everyone gets along there. Cool environment.

It's always nice that the gym is actually open 24 hours 7 days a week not just Monday - Thursday. Staff is a little weird though one one of the female staff members was harassing my girlfriend and falsely accusing her of dying her hair in the ladies locker room. Since my girls hair is always looking great it was hard to get her to understand that she did NOT dye her hair
