I have absolutely no complaints with planet fitness they keep the place very clean their very professional I've had no problems I don't have people looking over my shoulder watching me or acting like they care what I'm doing it's very judgement-free and I do enjoy it keep it up.

Gym is alright but staff is young and unprofessional. I had to cancel my membership twice now just to stop them from taking my money. I had no balance due or anything. Just kids not doing their jobs. Don't go here. It's not worth it.

Nice facility good csr will be becoming Black card member $22 a month i believe she quoted me includes guest tanning gym and can be used nationwide. I like the vibe of the place

Something needs to be done about rules. 30 minute circuit is awful to try to get into. No rules followed and staff does nothing about it. Thinking of leaving.

Clean gym and friendly staff. Unfortunately they haven't been trained on how to operate the tanning beds and I couldn't get the panel to work. This is my second day just trying to get a tan.

I love Planet Fitness. Especially in the Visalia CA location. Staff are friendly, members are courteous, and the gym has an overall good vibe.

Love this gym. The manager (female) was kind and helpful. The staff is always cleaning. The other members help create a comfortable atmosphere.

They charged me way too much, even though they had my correct route number. They said it was a late fee. That bull its its not manual

This is our gym I love everything about it also its clean and staff is very nice my family loves it there and we drive from tulare not to far but still we have gym closer to us but we love working out at planet fitness every day and the prices are affordable

Great, never completely full but it does get crowded sometimes the machines are well kept and so are the weights.

Big gym, everyone is super friendly. And its 24 hours. I'm happy:) No annoying grunting, and Don't listen to the downers who have a conflict of interest. Its a great gym

The staff is always cleaning, or refiling the paper towels. They are always available when you have questions or need help. The equipment are kept in safe and working order and there are many station to choose from.

I'm really enjoy Planet Fitness the people are so nice no one bothers you. Everybody is polite and everything is clean. Again in I spend my 2 hours sometime 1 hour and I'm fine I couldn't ask for a better gym. I was in at In-Shape but nothing compares to Planet Fitness. I appreciate being there Betty I only had one problem but it was taken care of in the matter of minutes. No complaints

This gym and location is the best! Staff is like family and keeps everything clean and tidy! If ever there's a problem with equipment, they are right on it with help to resolve the issue! I haven't came across anyone with a judgemental, arrogant attitude here but then again, you won't if your not looking for it. Just come to get a good workout and you won't be disappointed.

Facilities are in great condition, and the place is very clean. I have a black card membership and I come to this location every time I visit visalia. $22 isn't bad when you consider their locations are all over the country, so you don't have to stop working out when you're on the road.

It's open 24/7 it's a non intimidating atmosphere. They are true to their mission statement. We love it
