Planet Fitness, Pomona CA

First visit. Was a bit nervous and self conscious. Bet everyone was getting their own sweat on. Felt comfortable and got my work out done. And finished it off with a nice massage.

Crunch has been my favorite gym for a great price. I'm relatively new to this location but thus far it's been a good experience. Staff are friendly and welcoming, always happy to help and it is clear they put in the extra effort to maintain a good community atmosphere

Lives up to the expectations. The staff are always smiling and joking around. Members don't stare or rush you off machines.

I had gone 2 weeks ago and found that thier were a lot of machines and treadmils. Lots of people were trying to use the free weights but most ppl had to wait their turn. This palce needs more barbells and dumbells along with less treadmills and less machines.

A great gym, I have been going to planet fitness for some years now.the only problem with this one is it can be crowded at times and you could be stuck waiting for a bench or your favorite machine. Friendly staff.still 5 stars.

Great place for beginners. No classes offered. Massage chairs, massage beds, tanning both, showers and lockers.

Staff is the best. Makes you feel at home. Extremely clean. Am able to workout and go tanning afterwards with no troubles. Would recommend to both casual and experienced gym goers. Love it here.

Yes it is really cheap to join and to maintain $10 is easy but I don't like the bait and switch. If they charge $10 a month be careful because a couple of months later you're going to be stuck with 40 or more dollars for an annual fee

The place is clean and they have enough machines. However, they have terrible policies. For example, if you want to cancel your membership you have to do it in person or sent them a letter, you can not do it over the phone or online.

The soap dispensers in men's bath are broken and good one was out of soap. I told the front workers but nothing been fixed.

I love this place especially because it’s open 24hrs I can’t get out in the am hours and it’s crowded early evening so late hours work for me

Don't go for the cheap plan. You're selling yourself short. Go all in on the black card, and reap the rewards. In addition to the 24/5 gym membership, you get access to the infrared booth, tanning booth, mediocre massage chairs. And the coup de gras: the Hydromassage. In increments of 10 minutes (so you share with others), you can have a slice of heaven. In some ways, it's more efficient than a masseur, and it leaves you feeling giddy. The gym is also quite clean, and there are also benefitsI haven't yet enjoyed personally. Bagel day, pizza day, free 5-or-less group fitness classes on the machines. The only things missing are child care, a dance studio, and rowing machines!

Big on cardio, small on strength training. They sell water and lots of sugary drinks like Gatorade but no caffeinated drinks. Complaining to staff doesn't get them to sell energy drinks. Management seems to not listen.

Been to 6 PF locations so far (in 2years) but the one in pomona is my favorite by far. Nice staff, always clean, n i kindv like tht its not so big makes finding the next machine easier to deside:)
