Planet Home Lending, LLC - Dublin

We've been working with Planet Home Lending to do a VA loan assumption. They have been difficult the entire way. There have been documents we've sent, with a receipt as proof they received them, that they claim they did not get. They took 3 weeks to start the process after I and the other person involved reached out multiple times and explained what we needed to do. When I finally got in touch with the correct person, they proceeded to be condescending and acted as if we had been not understanding anything (the other person involved has actually witnessed this process before and does in fact know what they are doing). I am not going to share names, because I believe everyone has bad days and makes mistakes. However, this whole process has been frustrating and stressful. I will not in the future be working with this company if at all avoidable.

We have been trying to process a lot merger with Planet Home Lending since January of this year. They have been unresponsive let alone helpful and as of now, the current employee we were working with stopped responding to our emails two weeks ago. Good luck calling or emailing customer service, you get stuck in a generic email box or voicemail over and over again. You can never get a hold of someone who might be in a higher position who has more knowledge and might actually be able to help with your specific issue.

The worst customer service ever. The online system is always down to make payments. The people who service the accounts are rude. Stay away if possible.
