Absolutely splendid. I'm baffled by the other reviews, perhaps they used to have issues but now it was fantastic. So be skeptical about new negative reviews, for the most part. As a trans female patient i felt very nervous coming in and they did everything they could and beyond to help me feel better. Including water and a snack because i was dehydrated. Absolutely fantastic from my perspective, they deserve more stars.

Called for 15 minutes straight no answer! I hung up its crazy ive never waited that long on the phone for any planned parenthood!

Very bad experience waited in line for 25 minutes made in time for my appointment, I came Tuesday and made appointment for today, and guess what they told me it was cancelled without any notice no text no email because of short staff and I live 20 miles away, so they said I had to reschedule because of there short of staff, the nurse was there they ask her if they could add she just said No I was there! They still had time they closed at 5: 30 I did not believe the negative comments, because Tuesday was different.

I went in and they found a mass growing outside my uterus that had grown A LOT, I got referred to an imaging place almost 2 weeks ago and STILL no results. It’s been almost 2 months since this was found and no answers. Makes me feel like they don’t care about my health at all!

Horrible place to go too they make you waste your time and not even see you unless you pay cash up front! Employees are not properly trained

Tons of problems and me calling and calling to constantly solve it and it just gets worse and worse.

***-no more foreign birth controls please ****I have an appointment on 03.24.21@ 12: 40 pm for Tarina fe, lolestrin fe or some other American birth control at another location- I get picked up @ 1: 00pm- I had no luck at the this location.waited too long and had to leave to go to other appointments without being seen for my appointment. Also that hold info and music to call is really not helpful and too long-***-no more foreign birth controls please ****

This is the third time I’ve gone in there and something has gone wrong. I’m all for giving people the benefit of the doubt but after this third time I’m tired of this spot. Every time I make an appointment something goes wrong. Last time I made an appointment, sat there for an hour and then was informed it was going to be another hour until I could be seen. This time I drove all the way over there for them to tell me that it was a Skype appointment. How can I take a Skype appointment if I was going for a Plan B? I had to end up paying or wait two hours because they messed up my appointment once again. Awful experience.

This place is terrible! Terrible terrible! Ive been waiting 2 hours! Come on I know we are going through a pandemic but Jesus! Give your patients some kinds of reassurance that we are going to be seen soon!
