Planned Parenthood - North Highlands Health Center

Two weeks went to the planned procedure, which I never had. Either the doctor left earlier, or the drugs ran out. Attitude disgusting

They asked you what services and personal question at the front desk in front of everyone. When you request privacy the accuse you of not wanting to disclose your information. This is the first planned parenthood where they don’t take you to the back or offer you forms for the question they ask you in public. I felt very uncomfortable and unwelcomed and I refuse to have my health in the hands of center who acts like that. I’m sure the rest of the office is professional but the ladies up front are a representative of what the office attitudes are. I cancelled my appointment and I believe this place could do better with discernment as that is planned parenthood’s motto. Do not go to this location they are a walking HIPAA violation.

In my opinion, it's not respectful to keep you waiting for almost 2 hours just to give you a shot of contraceptives. I arrived at 3: 10 and it was 4: 50 when I decided to leave the room that they left me waiting for long time with the door closed. So, I’ve lost 2h of my day and I didn’t take the shot, I need to leave to don’t get late for the university.
Really, it’s unbelievable, how they can be so bad employees, I arrive 1h before my appointment and 1h after my appointment they didn’t give me what I need! Unbelievable!
I want to find a way to report this, not respectful at all, I’m telling so bad till now because of this situation, neglect, disregard, not respectful… it is what o felt.

The service is absolutely amazing and there is such kind and caring workers for that I give this establishment 5 stars

I was here on Monday at 4: 30 p.m. It was closed. But there is a schedule that says on Mondays they're open until 5: 30 p.m? !?

This location is a joke I've been coming here for 3 weeks to see if anything has changed with the thing they keep telling me they keep giving medication that doesn't work now I have to make an appointment elsewhere cuz they can't handle what the taxpayers in California are paying for to help the public

Great staff and low wait time.the staff were so patient and friendly.i was hesitant to come because i’ve never been to PP before but i loved the experience and am very happy about my experience.
