7This location had 1 person in the waiting room and couldn’t take a walk in for a refill. This is what PP is coming to. After working with PP for decades and making sure the funding is there - it appears funding them is a waste. Not a great look, not a great experience.
On time for my appointment, and so was everybody else! Great welcoming staff when I came in, informative procedures. I felt safe and well taken care of
Very very efficient and kind staff! They’re transitioning to the epic medical record software but they seem to be smoothly acclimating to such a huge change. My appt was thorough and not a beat was missed in the staff’s efficiency. Thank you PP Mira Mesa for keeping us all well!
Would give 0 stars if I could. Manager is extremely rude. They don't care about you, or your health. 10/10 would recommend any location other than this one. Trust the reviews girlies
