Planned Parenthood - Redding Health Center

Normally I have a good experience at PP, but I came on a Monday and I had 2 staff speak to me with a rude tone. Their management needs to remind them they are at work and I am a patient, we are not on the street. Im in nursing school and found it really unprofessional. Im not sure if a nurse took my blood but the angle was really off, so I was bruised. They booked me and my boyfriends appointments on a time the DR had a meeting so I waited for an hour after already giving all my lab work and the staff had attitude when I asked if I can leave and will just see the results on my chart. My appt was at 1: 20 and I walked out at 3: 15, probably would have waited till 4 for a DR. This shouldve taken 20-30mins.
Another thing that happened was them telling me they can't disclose if my boyfriend was done or not, and said the same to him. My phone was dead. Im aware of HIPPA. Both our charts we have checked the "this person can receive my confidential info if asked or call" so you're not breaking a law.just annoying how the attitude was from WORKERS.if you pick to work somewhere dont sit there and act like you hate your job, find somewhere else to work.

Every time I come in all the staff is so so kind and helpful. I always feel welcomed and accepted here. I got my copper IUD in this morning and the staff were very comforting as I was extremely nervous. One of the staff even held my hand during the procedure and kept reassuring me. The doctor did a really good job and was very very patient with me. 10 stars. Everyone who works here is amazing.

This was my first appointment to planned parenthood and honestly being of the older generation I didn't hear good things about them through the years and growing up. But I can tell you of my over 20 years of going to clinics this is the most informed I have ever been and I have never been more welcomed or felt comfortable in my life. I received more knowledge than ever and I cannot thank Gavin and Molly more for the services they gave. I recommend this facility 100%

The staff was very nice, very friendly and very accommodating. Definitely the Best Care I've received in a long time thank you to Dani, Gavin, and Dawn for making this a pleasant experience.

I went to Planned Parenthood as a walk in, they were able to get me in right away, the staff was polite, informative and professional. They did what they said they were going to do and answered all of my questions the best they could. The facility was clean, thank you to Dani, Dawn, Gavin and the gal at the front desk. You all really helped me so much and made my day much better!

I came in a month a go everyone was so nice, respectful and understanding but I came in to figure out what was wrong with my period.they brought up pcos and we could test for it so I was under the impression that'd that's the only thing I'd be tested for.a week later I get a call saying I have high levels of tsh ok great what about pcos the thing I was told I was being tested for. Well they don't know and the lady on the phone was really persistent about me coming back for more blood test which I couldn't afford so I said no SHE WOULDNT TAKE NO FOR AN ANSWER so I said yes and just canceled my appointment keep in mind I asked more times then I could count if I would be receiving anything in the mail they said no I ASKED so many times if this could all be confidential they said yes. 2 months later my MOM received a letter from them asking for me to come back for a follow up? Luckily for me my mom was understanding but that's not the case for everyone and they could have really hurt someone doing this.unbelievable.

My daughter experienced UNPROFESSIONAL.unempathic treatment. Discussing. She was in real need.
Shame on.them. Truly sad!

They keep trying to charge me for visits i never squeduled havnt been there in over 8 months and there still tryna charge.
