Plantation On the Lake reviews
11Visiting a friend. Large manufactured home park with lakes close to interstate and reasonably close to restaurants.
The name was explained by one of the resident to be non-slavery related.it was because of some plants which were, or used to be, near the lake which gave it the name. The name may disturb many individuals who do not know more about the history. There was not enough time to get the full understandinf of the name, but for the short explanation it was not done to be negative.
There was a class ongoing with some veterans and others who were learning how to do a Hawaii dance which was for the benefits of danccing and for exercising. The individuals were very joyful, frienly, and full of communication. They were a joy to be around and the area was mostly for senior citizens who were mostly in Manufactured Homes which were well-maintained.
Beautiful 55+ retirement community. Homes are manufactured and mobile homes. Great landscaping and clean throughout.
This is 55+ community. The residents and the property management keep their homes and common area in excellent condition. It is quiet and friendly.
Plantation On The Lakes is a large well-kept community that still offers some open space to get out and walk the dogs, catch a fantastic sunset or just play some golf.
Was there for a wedding reception. Nice place, kitchen needs some cleaning maintenance, but great venue for an event like this reception.
This is a large 55+ park, spread out so it feels spacious. The residents are friendly. There are choices in phases 1 to 4 that might meet most budgets.
This is a senior mobile home park. Very beautiful homes. Very exclusive senior park. I think these homes are stationary.
This place is nice. 55 and up community. I have a couple friends that live there so I'm there once in a while. It's quiet. People seem nice and the properties are well taken care of. There's a lake and looks like a vinyard that you can walk through. My friends love it and talk about the social activities they have there. Seems like a lovely place.
Can i fish here? Im a sports fishermen so i do not keep any fish i catch, im strictly catch and release only. I dont litter, i also don't trespass without asking first.
A beautiful park, though the space rent/association fee is a bit steep. My mother-in-law has been content for the year she’s lived there. People have been friendly and I see children playing with their families at the pool and feeding ducks, etc, so the management doesn’t seem too rigid to me. The negative reviews posted here are very.unusual. I wouldn’t give them too much weight.
