So much more than a plant and card shop. Gorgeous lamps, home decor, gifts, speciality candies and snacks. And yes, the perfect card for any occasion or person. You won't find this selection anyplace else.

I visited this store as a guest of a local resident. Despite the fact that we arrived an hour before their posted closing time, they informed us that we had only a few minutes to shop and it didn't matter what their website said. They treated another customer exactly the same way.

We purchased two items to be shipped. When the purchase was rung up, it was double the price it should have been. David, the presumed owner or manager, included another customer's selection. He was irritated that he had to remove it.

When the shipment arrived, one of the items, a vase, was broken into several pieces. I did not finish unwrapping it, as it was a safety issue, but took pictures instead that clearly showed the damage occurred during shipment. I then discarded the vase, still wrapped in the shipping materials. The vase cost of a mere $65. They failed to disclose that it would cost $124 to ship the items, nor did they contact anyone about the absurdly high expense to give them another option.

After three contacts with the store, they refused to replace or refund the cost of the vase. They claimed UPS required receipt of the actual damaged merchandise. I cited a similar situation with Lladro, in which a $500 piece was broken and the entire purchase price was refunded AND we kept the item. I cited Amazon's policy. I also recently suffered a chip in a dish from a new set of dishes, sent a picture, and the plate is being replaced. These are all examples of good customer service.

This store has no regard for customer service. I understand that some people may not be concerned about the cost of their overpriced inventory (though the vase WAS reasonable), but with it should come impeccable service. They have no interest in earning or retaining your business, and clearly believe they are doing YOU, the potential customer, a favor. The obvious RIGHT decision is to refund the cost of the vase and part of the shipping. (The other item arrived undamaged.) I would assume this is pocket change to them, and I am positive it cost them a $1500 sale. Was it worth it?

Always my 1st stop for cards, gifts, and florals. This is a very special place to shop in our valley; especially around the holidays.

EXPENSIVE AND RUDE. Was told that it's not really a store for children so loud across the store that I felt my jaw drop with embarrassment. I've never been thrown out of a store in fifty years.

This is the only flower shop I will ever go to. The smell of all the flowers is intoxicating and so relaxing. I was pleasantly surprised by such a great selection they had, my favorite was the Sun Flowers and Tulips which is very affordable. They have same day service which I appreciated so much.

I've always been happy with her service but I'm actually overly happy with her work, after receiving great compliments from friends stating they will now use Plants 4U because of how beautiful the arrangements were & how long the flowers lasted.
