My wife scheduled my first facial. I was a little apprehensive, but luckily Elise Rice was there to put me at ease and explain what she was doing every step of the way.

While I am not typically one to leave reviews. I truly hope this helps anyone looking to get surgery done here. My experience was awful and I can't afford to pay them more to fix the mistake they made. This situation has taken a toll on me even now. I got Rhinoplasty from Dr. H. I wanted a straight and thinner nose. Neither of which I got. There was a large divot on one side of the nose that he kept putting filler in every visit I went back for. He didn't even asked me if I wanted to do that. Just kept on adding. So now I have the bump back in my nose that I paid so much money to get rid of. (they didn't even take after pictures because it is pretty clear it was an awful nose job). I tried desperately to see if there was anything I could do but they ignored my emails and calls. Finally when I did get ahold of Lyvia was so dismissive of the situation and essentially said other than paying a ton more money I was out of luck. I just can't save any more so now stuck with my original nose and a LOT of money down the drain. I know most reviews of this office are great and I wish that was my experience. But I truly recommend looking at other places because if there is for any reason a mistake don't look to them to fix it. Or make sure you save way more than what they quote you for.

Emily & Elise make the MedSpa experience a true Spa experience - they are both such kind and able practitioners. I trust Emily implicitly - she never pushes products or overdoes it. The MedSpa keeps me looking natural & fresh-faced. Highly recommend

I had a surgery here very recently with Dr. Douglas, he made me feel so comfortable and confident from the first consultation. He really takes his time to answer your questions and makes sure you feel like you’ve got all the information you need. I saw another review that said they will talk with you as if they have all the time in the world to help you, when the reality is they are very busy, and that is so true. They take time to ensure each client feels taken care of.
Every single person I’ve encountered here was just so kind. Special shout outs to Laura O, Julie T, and Melissa S.for being wonderful. The anesthesiologist was amazing too, she called me before surgery just to ensure I knew everything and didn’t have any unanswered questions. There’s another woman who has helped me and I don’t know her name, but when I called she was so patient with me on the phone and answering all my questions/concerns. She also gave me a recommendation that has helped so much.
Getting surgery is scary, I really hope my review stresses how comfortable they make the process. They go above and beyond. Their results are stunning. They are there for you throughout the whole process.
If you are looking into getting surgery, I highly suggest you put this place at the top of your list so that you can have the same great experience I did.

I also went to the medspa and they are all just as great. So kind, patient, and really care about you being happy with your results. The woman who did my lips was the kindest woman ever.
I will forever be thankful to every single person at PSS for making me feel beautiful and giving me my confidence back.

From the minute I arrive to the minute I leave I feel so taken care of when I go to PSS Med Spa. Heather is my go to girl. She really listens, never rushes me and is a true artist with fillers, botox, laser, microneedling and more. The whole staff is always extremely welcoming and today Juan and Elise helped with all my questions and made sure to use any coupons when checking me out.

LEAST PAINFUL above lip injection EVER! Heather Spindell is truly a master injector! For those reluctant to treat vertical lines above the lip, fear not and book immediately. While I did bruise (very common for me) I am over the moon with my results. Heather injected Redensity which provides a smooth natural result. No lumps or bumps. Highly recommend Heather and Redensity.

Elise was great in both my skin consultation and facial. She listened to my skin problems, recommended the best facial for me as well as often, and gave me tips on products. The facial was good and relaxing and my skin has been looking great since coming in!
