The office staff is very professional and polite. Rebecca McAlpin, M. S. N, FNP-C is very thorough, answers all one's questions, and has a very kind demeanor.

My very first hydro facial and I am hooked! I enjoyed Jodie very much. She was professional and very knowledgeable. I look forward to my next visit.

In the few times I have visited this office, I have been very pleased with the level of professionalism and care. I have seen Rebecca and Leah and highly recommend them. I have also seen Diane and Melissa for cosmetic injections.

Dr. Plateroti and staff has always been pretty thorough in my treatments there during the past 5 years. This practice offers new skin treatments as they come along. Kind of one-stop shop.

I go for regular skin check ups & the staff here is so professional & they make me feel special among all of their patients. I see Rebecca & feel confident she gives me a complete check up & even when she sprays my spots it doesn't hurt that much. Ashley checked me in & made me feel like a good friend! Everytime I go the staff is so friendly. I also appreciate notices reminding me of my appointment. I highly recommend this office for dermatology needs.

I genuinely enjoy Dr Plateroti and his staff. They are always pleasant and attentive and have wonderful senses of humor, which I appreciate. Dr Plateroti is thorough and listens to any dermatological concerns that I might have.

I was greeted by a very pleasant young lady. She helped settle me in the exam room and left me to undress, after pulling a Privacy curtain. After about five minutes, she returned to let me know I would be seen in just a few more minutes.
After about two more minutes, a team of ladies entered the room, introduced themselves, and asked me questions about why I was visiting.
I would say that my visit was very thorough. Treatment on a few skin spots. Jillian addressed my concerns.then prescribed what I needed to treat them.
At all times, Jillian saw to my comfort and addressed several issues. She was most knowledgeable, and I left the office feeling as though my visit was comfortable and professionally addressed. In other words, I will return!

I saw the PA and she was friendly and very thorough. She examined all of the areas I had concerns with and explained everything she was doing.

Leah Clark, as always, was helpful, dealing with my issues in a professional and friendly manner. She answered my questions and set my next appointment, assuring me that if I needed an appointment before that time, to call the office.

The office staff were friendly and efficient. The nurse practitioner Becca is so kind, gentle and thorough with great explanations and follow through.

I love it there they make you feel comfortable and most times listen. There is one doctor that doesn’t listen and is very old school with her work but other than that the others are very updated and on top of modern technology for dermatology needs.
