We started the process with Gene O’Brien Sr. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful throughout the entire time he was in charge. However, we never got the chance to thank him as we closed escrow on our new home with Nora. Nora was helpful as well she always answered our calls and answered all of our questions and boy did we have a lot and what she didn’t know the answer to; she sure found out and got back to us ASAP. We saw places for improvement, but given the pandemic and other circumstances I give both Gene and Nora 5 stars! PHMC is better because of them!
