I found a huge puddle under my kitchen sink and had to call someone out right away, and on a Sunday! Johnny came and handled most of the repair, then Ryan came to help him finish it. Both were friendly and professional. Ended up I had several issues to resolve since it’s an older home, and they handled all of them! Definitely recommend them and would use them again.

I have used Platinum Plumbing for many years, I had a big leak develop yesterday late in the day, texted Jim and he replied almost instantly. I was impressed.

They had a tech reach out to me " Ryan " he was awesome! Ryan arrived at my house within an hour of the call, he quickly troubleshooted the problem.

It was my front sprinkler riser leaking, Ryan dug it up (it was a mess) he fixed the issue, put everything back together and he fixed the leak. Ryan was very courteous, professional and just a good guy.

I contacted Plumbing around noon and they were repairing my kitchen sink at. As you can imagine, it was and extremely stressful time for me so I was very happy when he came through.
