I agree with prior comments as the front desk is on the lazy side. Doctors are nice but it's like pulling teeth to get a referral to see a specialist. If you have lab work done don't expect a call - you'll have to call and inquire and if theirs a red flag per Quest Diagnostic the doctor probably doesn't think it's important to dig further into an issue. For me it's time to move on. Good luck to those that visit this office. This is just my opinion.
Love My doctor. But the staff sheesh.every time you talk to them it's like if you are a headache to them, they make things very difficult. Such a shame great doctors awful staff!
I've been with this doctor for several years. Thus far our experience has been positive. The staff is friendly and has always been helpful to me and my husband. Sometimes it takes a few more calls to them to get additional things done. But they are quick to follow up with a quick response.
DON’T COME HERE! Worst doctor In Riverside County. Forced to go to the ER after being misdiagnosed by Dr. Actuga. Now I need surgery ASAP and every time I call this office they are rude and unprofessional!
Always have a good experience with front office nurse and my Dr Stevenson. They are kind, professional, and listen to your needs.
Dr Agtuca was very professional and bedside manners were on point. Very happy to have found such a professional and kind provider. Will be back.
Just visited today it wasn’t bad at all. I only gave them 4 stars because the front desk/receptionist could have been a little more friendly. Other than that wait times were typical. I made my appointment for later in the month, and when I went in I still had my appointment. I would say to make sure you get a email stating that you have an upcoming appointment. I received the email 2 days before my appointment. So if you don’t get one definitely call in to make sure. I got some requested blood work, and the doctor stated if I get the work done today I should hear about my results in a couple days. I’ll make sure to update if this isn’t the case. Other than that the doctors and medical assistants were very nice, and they listen to all my concerns and addressed them.
Updated review: Called today 1/6/2020 because I haven’t received anything in my patient portal or a call about my labs. Front desk answered and advised I did get my labs in, and will have the nurse call me. I shouldn’t have to call in if you have a portal that should have all my updated paperwork in it. For that I changed this review to 3 stars.
