If there could be NO stars that would definitely be my choice.
The did not handle any scheduling for tests and lacked communication.
Then they failed to tell me the doctor I was working with was no longer there, I had to come in and find out for myself.
Overall a very disappointing experience from Platinum Heath Obgyn

Dr. Neal is the first male doctor that had made me feel comfortable. I have had a really bad experiences with other male doctors. He’s accommodating and very knowledgeable. I really appreciate his feedback!

Thorough, professional, non-judgmental, friendly… I would absolutely recommend Dr. Todd and her entire staff!

Dr. Neal is great! He spends the time to listen to any and all concerns you may have. My insurance is switching and I’m 6 month pregnant. He reassured me and confirmed that I can always reach out to him if I ever needed to. Thank you for taking care of me!

Very difficult to get appointment…left messages with no return calls, etc.and it took weeks of repeated calling to “catch” someone actually answering the phone. As a new patient, I observed the front staff’s interaction with patients as they came in: berating and unfriendly in several instances. Incompetent in their collection of basic information for appointment. When I did paperwork, there was prefilled information that was just wrong or misspelled from phone conversation and records that were sent from previous doctor. This worries me as to what else is overlooked or not given attention to detail. Front office staff does not reflect the website’s representation of the clinic nor the providers. The provider I saw was wonderful and not a reflection of the staff. Very disappointing experience up until seeing provider. I would not recommend this clinic to a young person who does not have experience navigating their insurance or is unfamiliar with women’s health already or is looking for kindness since the front office staff a lot of times holds the key to you getting timely and professional health care.

Dr Neal is a caring and knowledgeable physician. I am so glad I found him. I feel I get the best care out there with him!

Florence Quinata was great, she answered to all my questions and asked questions as well, I didn't feel rushed or not cared for.

They should have call back system.it's difficult to connect to the appointment line.

Every time I try to get ahold of them to get my medicine I don’t get any answer and i’ve been trying to get ahold of them for a week

Been calling for weeks trying to get an appointment but they don’t ever answer their phones.

Due to insurance issues leading up to my first appt with Dr. Neal, I wasn't able to be referred until I was almost 13 weeks. The office staff were extremely helpful on the phone and were able to get me in within a week of being referred. There's some test that had to be done sooner rather than later, and the staff was able to work around my work schedule and get me early morning or late appts.

Dr. Neal was great too! He was funny and made us feel prepared on what to expect for our first pregnancy. We have a long way to go, but feel very comfortable continuing care with Dr. Neal and his staff

Dr. Neal is amazing really down to earth and listen to you. It was my first time at this place and he made my day. I would recommend him to anyone.

The staff and Dr. Neal were very professional and kind. Dr. Neal listened to my concerns and we came up with a plan to fit me. I am thankful to be a patient here.

Dr Todd has always listened to all of my concerns, explained things when procedures had to be done, and always made me feel like I was important. After some terrible experiences with other clinics I was happy to find dr Todd!

It was painful to try to get an appointment, but once I had one I was pleasantly surprised. Everyone was very thorough and Dr Todd is the sweetest most caring doctor. I am so happy to have found her!

Bad experience, very disappointing and stressful. I called to schedule an appointment in June for my first pregnancy check up. I talked to the receptionist and gave my information. Then she gave me a time and date. When I showed up for my appointment on the date and time provided, they did not have the appointment in the computer. They had no available times before my second trimester to reschedule. It was very stressful to find a new clinic that took my insurance.
