Dr. Todd is great! By far the best OB I have had! Very respectful and great patient care! Answers any questions or concerns I have in great detail and makes sure I understand!

Dr. Quinata was thorough in her explanations throughout the entire process and gave me all the information I need to make my decisions, from initial visit, through surgery, and two weeks after. She was kind and generous with her time in answering all of my questions. Great bedside manner.

Dr. Neal is very professional and caring. He recommends what’s best for you and your baby. He delivered my baby boy on 8/29/23. I am blessed and thankful and cannot express how happy I am. Thank you Dr. Neal for all your help and support.

As always, Dr. Neal provided stellar service. He is very attentive and he takes the time to really listen to you. I also appreciate his sense of humor. It helps when you are navigating through sensitive situations. I always walk out feeling empowered and well informed.

The staff and doctors are all very polite and helpful. The only negative thing is that it is extremely hard to schedule an appointment at times it could take me up to two consecutive days of calling to get someone to answer, but the care I received here is good so I continue to come here.

Was extremely happy, confident, comfortable with the care of Dr. Stephanie Francis. Her being a woman and knowing the women problems I’m having she reassured me, explained everything to me in detail very very informative step by step. If there was a reward trophy, some kind of recognition, In my opinion she deserves it for being the very best OBYGN doctor. I wasn’t just another patient. She took her time to make sure that I understood everything Then I was sent to one of their specialist, Dr. Neil I needed further care in my health journey. He too was helpful. He explained the procedures surgery and care I would need to get better. He gave me brochures told me where to look on the Internet to reassure me, about the surgery because I’m scared you always hear about the doctors that just want to do the surgery to make money or the horror stories how their surgery made their problems worse. I would recommend them to my daughters to my daughter-in-law‘s if I would send my own family there I would recommend them to everyone

Worst experience of my life from day one. Between the poor customer service and inability to get a real person on the phone or to call you back and multiple doctors insensitivity and lack of care, I would not suggest any pregnant woman to utilize this place.

Dr. Neal is an amazing doctor, my husband and I are very happy with our experience at Platinum Women's Health!

I truly appreciate the patience and time Dr. Neal gives his patience. He really takes the time to hear and understand. Your appointment starts off great, as well, with his nurse. She has always been so kind and friendly.

They are caring and professional. They are so good though that they are very hard to get your first appointment with so if you are trying to save time on finding a new dr.or need to be seen righ away, you probably would have better luck with someone else.

Dr. Todd is amazing! Shes very informative and always asks if im concerned with anything each time i see her. She takes the time to message me on the patient portal when i have Question about anything. Definitely recommend her to anyone needing an OB. The only downfall i would say is getting ahold of the office, it takes a few tries to get through to someone and sometimes you’re on hold for 10-20 min.

I wanted to give this office the benefit of doubt but the reviews are so accurate on how their office staff operates. You can’t get anyone to pick up the line after being on hold 20+ minutes. I started my intake forms on 06/15 for an appointment that was today I think. They to call or text to verify appointments. Today I logged into the portal and my intake forms that had been done online on 06/15 were deleted along with my appointment. The portal doesn’t even show the forms or scheduled appointment, everything was deleted.

The problem here is that the doctors aren’t making changes on how their staff is taking care of patients, zero respect

Absolutely love this office. I am so glad I found Dr. Neal and I am very pleased with my care.
