One star for poor communication. I came by on Monday and they said they’re not taking anything with a handwritten note on Monday or Tuesday so I went in to confirm they said to come by Wednesday. I’ve now come by Wednesday and they have another sign on the door saying they are not taking anything this week due to “special circumstances”. I wish these details were on their website - I do not recommend making a trip here.

I brought in some of my old, barely used clothing looking to sell. This was my first time coming, and I just wanted to see what it was like. They said they would take my San Francisco Giants hat, two pairs of Nike basketball shoes, and two pairs of 5.11 tactical pants. I brought in quite a bit more than that, but those are the only items they wanted. While I understand it is up to the company to offer me whatever they deem fit, they only offered me $22 for all of it. At that rate, I would rather take the items to Goodwill/Shepherd's Gate rather than sell them to a greedy company. They say that they sell for 60-70% of original retail price, and you get about 1/3 of that. $22 does not even come close to that.

A scam, stole clothes from me and then called it a miscommunication because they didn't realize I dropped off a second box, even after I did all the paperwork for it and then only offered me in store credit. What a waste of my time and space that could be used by a company that actually knows how to run a legit business.

Just as pretty much everybody else has stated; very young and very lazy employees. They didn't look through half my stuff and all I brought was a small/medium sized duffel bag of clothing. I drove over an hour to get here, would really appreciate them taking their jobs the tiniest bit serious. It's on management though, obviously young kids need to be trained, acknowledged for a job well done as well as deal with consequences for poor performance. Management (if there is any because, yikes) is severely hindering the stores potential.

I had multiple bags full of clothes unworn and with the tags still on. I know for a fact that they didn’t check everything I had because I remembered how I packed the bags. They took one pair of jeans out of the 6 bags I brought in. Horrible customer service and it’s probably because I was the only POC there and probably the only one they’ve ever seen come in there. I spent unnecessary money to get there using a Lyft just be sold one item for $3. I should’ve cursed them out, but you know how they do our people.

It’s not worth selling your clothes here. You barely get at least half of what it’s worth. Don’t sell here

Very friendly atmosphere & ambiance. My daughter wanted to check out this thrift store while in CA to get some CA vintage shirts. It was very clean & well organized by categories & colors. The music was super chill & inviting. They have fitting rooms that are open to try on things. We bought 5 items. Not sure we’re we will fit them in our suitcases)

I had quality clothing Free people, Victoria secret pink, pink fake fur coat. Boston dress. Most of my stuff had tag's on them. They stole my black free people tunic blouse and wanted to buy my Boston sequin dress and pink fake fur coat for 20.00? I don't recommend shopping there or take anything to sell at any of their store chains.

I go in, i see mid subpar clothing being sold,
I come in to sell my things, and they don’t take it in? I just seriously don’t get their logic and why theyre so picky but then i look and theyre selling ugly pieces,

Super disappointed at the lack of sizing they have. Loved this store when I was younger but it appears they only really cater toward smaller sized people. Totally fine. But it’s a little bizarre that they have xl and up but only have two or three items. Why even have the sizes if you’re not really going to display plus size clothing.

So… went to this location because the reviews seemed good to sell a bag of clothes and they had me go through the process and saw the amount of clothes I was trying to sell and then within ten min or less after we had left and came back to look for a backpack she let me know that they have no room for my items… well I wanted to sit there and ask why she decided to waste my time because how are you going to except my donation and have me sign everything… then when it’s time for you to go through and actually price items and give me a number…you then tell me you can’t except anything I brought because you’re at full capacity… I knew she was just lying and giving me a default reason because either they didn’t wanna go through my bag of clothes or honestly I feel like that’s what it was because she told me 30 minutes is the minimum wait time before they contact you and like I said it was definitely less than 10 minutes. If you understand that your store is at full capacity, I don’t understand why you would sit there. Have me go through the process take my bag of clothes anyways just for you to say nothing is tellable where at full capacity… The two girls in at first seemed fine, but you could tell they definitely have attitude and base what they will take off of your persona

Don’t bother selling your clothes here. Didn’t take any of my clothes saw a lot of older styles in store and majority of my clothes are up to date/style.
