13Food was bland.chose this place because this was my wife and i first date, but definitely its changed since covid.the waiter was the bartender as well drinks werent good either definitely wont becoming bck soon btw the waiter was drinking on job
We stopped in for lunch. The garlic fries are delicious, and highly recommended. We had bbq pizza and Baja tacos.
Our server, Tavon, was awesome! If we didn't live in Alaska, I would plan on returning regularly.
Thanks for a great experience.
Great views from he windows inside. Lots of games. Good service. Be careful of the gull outside. He's a tough cookie.
The customer service was amazing but the food was terrible. I got a Philly cheesesteak and the meat was soooo dry and my partner got Alfredo it came with literally 15 noodles and tasted nasty.the only good things were the fries and how can you really mess those up.
Food was horrible.we had kalua nachos.cold cheese.flavorless meat.fish and chips was made with a corn dog type batter.pinky size piece of fish with an inch of greasy batter surrounding it. Clam chowder was trash.thin waterey.no real flavor at all.head to Monterey CA for clam chowder done right.kids had chicken nuggets.again over battered.overly greasy on the outside.chewy chicken inside.mac and cheese.hello 6.99 for a serving if krafts mac and cheese. 1 star for the view.sadly waitstaff was slow for having such a large crew of employees.
Mediocre food and service. Servers were nice but definitely understaffed. Main host was rude and cold. The clam chowder was very mediocre and the “prawns” were cold to the touch and only provided two of them for five bucks. The teriyaki chicken was plated poorly and half cold.
For seafood, go upstairs to Bubba Gump Shrimp Co, but the food wasn’t half bad. Coconut Shrimp was a bit too sweet but was alright. I had the Seared Ahi Tuna. The fish was cooked well and was juicy, but could of used more of the sauce and the veggies needed a little something like a reduction or a glaze because Steamed Broccoli and Carrot go better with a savory juicy steak not a fresh Ahi.
As a group of friends and I went to the pier to enjoy our time. This was the only place open at 1130am on a Sunday. We got our tables but it took 30 min for the waiter to back And take our order. And to top it off he didn’t even ask what we wanted to drink. Waited another 30 min with nothing at the table so we left. And decided to go to a fast food joint.
We had a GREAT time. Our server Thomas was fantastic. Service was prompt and drinks were delivered fast. Food was GREAT as well which was a surprise because I did not expect that. Got the nachos with the chili on the side. Served hot and the chili was really good. Also got a Cesar salad which was also very nice. Not overly drenched in dressing. Drinks and water were refilled always on time and my partner was very impressed with his Paloma. I work in the industry and I am critical so when the dishes and glasses were cleared fast as needed and also drinks re filled as well it prompted me to make this a 5 star review. (And the tasty food and stellar service).
The arcade bar was waaaay too crowded, decided to give this place a try. Been back multiple times. Great food and beer selection. The theme was pretty cool too! Bartender is always friendly and on top of it! Highly recommended!
I'm standing in a packed bar, I understand what that means.service will be slow. However thats not what's happening here, service has gone to a complete stand still. Lots of walking around, nobody actually doing anything. Lots of dirty dishes, people waiting without even a glass of water. No wait staff in sight. What a disappointment.
You shouldn’t be allowed to be open if you do not have a working washroom. Making your patrons use a public nearby washroom with long lines shouldn’t be allowed, it takes away from the experience and just seems lazy.
