Excellent care and customer service! Efficient and friendly front staff for check in. Angelina was very helpful in the initial stage of choosing frames, and she also explained each eye test my son took prior to his exam. Dr. Zeil was thorough with the eye exam, and she made sure we understood the process and checked for questions. Sherry continued with the final choosing and ordering of glasses, and she was very patient and friendly even with finishing up past closing time.

I consulted Dr Celia Zeal and found her to be professional and friendly. She patiently answered my questions and I didn't feel rushed. I choose my glasses also here and they explained all options through my insurance plan and I was happy with their services.

It was a good experience Dr Ziel was very good at explaining everything that was happening with my eyes. The person that helped me choose my frames was very patient and gave me lots of choices. She was very knowledgeable about the different products and the prices.

I was very impressed with how detailed and caring Dr. Miller was during my contacts fitting. He explained everything with clarity and transparency, and was not at all pushy or condescending like some experiences I’ve had with other optometrists.

Love that the office does not close during lunch times and there will always be someone to pick up the phone during open hours.

Highly recommend if you’re needing a new optometry place in Pleasanton!

Doctor is a salesman and not a care provider.

Went there to get a check-up and felt like I was being sold the entire time. The doctor, while extremely knowledgeable, kept recommending glasses and "daily lenses" like a hundred times. In addition they recommended adding super expensive "anti reflexive" and "blue light blockers" and forgot to mention that the blue light blocker basically causes all blue to reflect off regardless of the anti reflexive stuff

If you are looking for a long term doctor who you can trust - definitely do not go here
