We had some emergency plumbing issues and Alan from Plumbing Tree addressed them quickly and went above and beyond when helping us determine the extent of our damage. Alan was attentive, proactive, and worked with us to make a plan that worked within our budgetary restrictions. The quality of the work was evident and Alan constantly strived to make the experience quick and stress free. Bonus, they also have a network of other great professionals in home improvement.

Plumbing tree came and did some work on our house when we had an emergency situation with a leak. They were incredibly responsive and helpful. Our technician, Mickey, was one of the nicest, most professional workers I have ever encountered. Truly a first rate business and we will be using them for all our plumbing needs in the future.

This company is next level! My shower was unexpectedly leaking into my neighbors unit so I called this company needing an emergency fix. Gilbert arrived promptly at 8am and thoroughly investigated all the potential issues. Gilbert kept me in the loop with everything that needed to be fixed and with all costs. Once the job was completed there wasn't any unexpected issues with pricing or timing. With a house it's essential to have a vendor list and Plumbing Tree will always be the plumber I CALL and recommend.

The company is highly efficient and professional. They keep you updated while performing the actual service and also before doing it and after it is done. They are very responsive and keep the schedule. The technician, Fernando, did a great job. He not only performed the requested leak detection but also inspected the whole house. He then put all possible repairs in three different categories: what should be done now without any delay, what should be done soon, and what can wait. Overall, his service was excellent.

It is the third time I have used Plumbing Tree. It is a wonderful company. We got a pipe leak from the dishwasher along with some other problems with our garbage disposal. The technician, Mickey, got to our place just 40 minutes after I called the company. The work was thorough, highly professional, and very efficient. High quality parts, too. I am very happy with the work Mickey did and will call Plumbing Tree in future whenever any need arises.

His professionalism and expertise were evident from the start. He skillfully opened up the concrete in our driveway, efficiently removing the roots and restoring our sewer line. We had a severely root clogged drainage pipe and a heavy rainfall expected within 24 hrs. Mickey to the rescue! There was a huge root ball that did not want to come out. He worked on it for 5 hrs for the same rate initially quoted on distance. He would have been well justified to say it wasn’t coming out, I had already signed that there was no guarantee he could get them out. But he didn’t give up, he went back and forth from different access points until he was finally able to get it. There was like an 8 ft root ball that came out. It was so satisfying. Very grateful we called them. I really think most people would have given up and left me with the root clogged drain.

Mickey was fantastic! He called to come even earlier, which was so appreciated, given that a rare hurricane was approaching, and I was stressed about drainage outdoors with epic rain. Mickey, Edwin, and Angel did an incredible job replacing our water heater on an emergency basis. The 80 gallon previous one had fractured, causing water to leak all over the garage. They came out immediately, assessed the issue, and recommended a tankless one that operates smoothly and efficiently. Mickey worked into the evening the first night and continued to work more than 13 hours the following day to ensure we would be able to use hot water. During his routine whole-house inspection, he discovered one of our toilet tanks was nearly fractured through and through; we had it replaced immediately. He also discovered rocks in our backflow and repaired our pressure regulating valve. They are thorough, professional, timely, and fair. We are very grateful for their services and expertise. We highly recommend their company.
