I have had Plus Property Management for almost 1 year- Plus Property was highly recommended by a past renter. I appreciate the professionalism of Peggy and Taylor. Their have gone above and beyond my expectations with property management. I highly recommend them for all of your property management needs. My renters are also impressed with their professionalism as well.

I have used Plus Property Management for over 6 years. They have been on top of things all the way. They find good tenants quickly and take care of their concerns efficiently, keeping me aware of repairs and necessary maintenance. I am very very happy with their service.

Interestingly, you dropped us as a client via email with no phone conversation. We have not been your client for over four+ months, and yet here we are with an email from you asking me for a review as a "valued client. " This sums up the quality of communication and interaction we received from Plus Property Management. We live out of the area and have other businesses; some email responses could have been faster to respond on our end. Unfortunately, phone calls are not a favored mode of communication for Plus as they continued to send emails. As my tenants prepared to move out, they shared stories and concerns that were not conveyed. If you do choose Plus, be ready to remain hands-on.

Love this property management team. Peggy, the PM is so awesome. They are all so easy to work with and take such good care of the tenants and properties. We are so thankful for them.
