5Nice community. Tight-nit. Very quiet. Super nice HUGE pool & jacuzzi, with bbq grill and cabanas, all with beautifully modern design and.clubhouse with recreational activities including a pool table, locker room with facilities, even has a steam room right inside the locker rooms! (Note: there are separate steam rooms in each of the two locker rooms, which are divided by gender, so mens and women's steam rooms are separated! To note.)
Old infrastructure but a great place to live for families. The community is family oriented and has some nice perks, such as: heated salt water pool, hot tub, sauna, clubhouse area (can be reserved for parties), tennis courts, children's gated play area, small gym, and 2 gas grills with picnic area by pool. Overall, it's a great place. Only con is the building's maintenance, they need drastic improvements.
Great location but the property is old, dirty and rundown. It needs to put that HOA money to use.
Such an incredible community, excellent location, amenities and people that live here!
