2Attn Everyone PSA! I Just got off the phone with someone at (PoisonSpyder) all manufacturing has stopped. Apparently for about 2 years now the guy said the owner sold the Company. And has no idea if or when they will start manufacturing again. In fact they suggested i get a refund for the parts i purchased and been waiting on just shy of 2 years. They used to make quality parts. As i have all of theyre armor but now wish i would have went GenRight due to this.
I have Poison Spyder skins on my 2014 JKU but I've purchased rockers now that came with no hardware. I've given them the chance to fix the issue and the instructions say if anything is missing to call Poison Spyder but now they are shifting responsibility to 4WP where I purchased the rockers citing "we have no manufacturing warehouse" we are not scheduled to make parts until the fall" 4WP purchased those rockers from us last year". Service has gone downhill. You are lucky to finally get someone to answer the phone with 4WP and they did reship the rockers but again, no hardware. I sent the rockers to the power coater as I had confidence in 4WP shipping hardware but now I am stuck with the rockers. I just want hardware or a partial refund if I have to go out and buy hardware.
