Poki One N Half, San Diego CA

Im sure this will be taken down like all the other 1 star reviews but do not eat here. They harassed a man and his family for simply getting a spoon from them. Called the police and everything because he got a plastic spoon. And then tried to take it back or take a dollar. They were rude and belligerent and had 3 guys harass him and his family. You can delete this if you want too I have already sent an email and will continue to post this review

I order from this location in the past and I have never had a problem. I made a pickup order at this location last night 12-09-22. I ordered 2 regular bowls and when I went to pick up the order there was nothing really in the cup, I barley had rice in the bowl and the topping were light as well, you could see right through the rice to the bottom of the bowl. I went in the establishment and asked them isn’t it suppose to be filled to the top of the bowl and they gave the explanation of you didn’t order that many topping so it’s not that high, mind you I always get the same thing and my bowl has never been this light and I always have enough left over to eat some later. I told the three girls that were working I’m talking about the rice it’s barely anything in the bowl to begin with. One of the girls had an attitude when I asked about the bowl being so light with barley anything in. I will not be returning to this location, I will find another one to go to.

Service is great, food is ok just as before but the price increase is double from what it used to be. At these prices i would just go get real sushi and still pay less. This will be my last time eating there.

Second time there. Never return again though. Bad customer service and unsafe food. Both of my friend and I got food poisoning after finishing eating. It’s not clean! Do not go if you care about the quality of food. Also, you never know what kind of employees they hired to prepare your food!

The employees who took my order was extremely rude. Her name was Ashley, the customer in front of me asked the cashier for her name and the Cashier wouldn’t disclose it. But then The employee Who took our order yelled out Ashley when the customer asked her personally. I asked Ashley to add extra poki sauce on my bowl and she just walked away very rudely. When I went to sit down and eat my food I was the only one in the restaurant aside of the employees. I then started to here as thr cashier and employee Ashley start talking about the other customer before me and myself. I tried to ignore them and eat my food but it got to a point where they were being very inappropriate with what was being said so I got up and told them they were being very unprofessional and they still had the audacity to argue back with me and they kept hesitating to want to give me the managers phone number.

I love this place so much. I order a poke here each week and recommend this place to all my friends. But. That's why I was really unhappy surprised today. I made my ordinary pick-up order and I only at home saw an additional ingredient in my poke. A dried garlic was added and this thing ruined a whole dish. Guys you're really good, one of the best, seriously. But could you please check what do you add. It could spoil the taste and be unsafe. And portion was really smaller than usual

Inconsistent service here. Sometimes staff are super helpful and friendly and sometimes they are not. Would not do simple asks in preparing the bowl like mixing ingredients. I've come here a lot and enjoyed it but last couple times ingredients have been dry.

If you grow up in Hawaii eating real poke, this is not the place for you. Sauce is way too sweet and defrosted fish is too watery.

Gosh this place has been my favorite for years now, their poke is so delicious and all of their toppings taste really fresh, their sauces so yummy! I love yall

Usually pretty good but today the guacamole was brown, workers didn't handle the rush very well. I'm ok with waiting a little extra but not of I'm going to receive bad service too.

My first time here and I have to say that I really enjoyed their Poki Bowls. I do like they don't just have rice as an option for their poki bowls because I'm actually not a big fan of rice. They had chips or salad you can replace the rice with. The staff was really nice and friendly. But I did get a bit annoyed cause I told one of the staff that mine and my friends are on the same oder and she kept trying to ring my friend separately and she didn't get it till the 3rd time me saying it and another staff also told her. But I would definitely come back here.

Great size poke bowls! The avocado also comes free with the bowl whereas other poke places charge an extra amount. The poke tasted fresh and they have a large variety of toppings you can add. Very affordable for a poke bowl too.

They give very little toppings when you hand them the order paper vs.telling them your order directly. Unfortunately, they require customers to fill out the order paper for 3+ orders. Happened twice now.

Fish was fresh, toppings were satisfactory- only complaints were lack of gluten-awareness with some of the toppings (although they did offer a gluten free sauce at an extra charge) and also an extra charge for things like cucumbers and onions which made me feel like they were nickel and diming me. Otherwise, great poke!

Normally I am very happy with this establishment but today I paid for a large bowl which with tip came to almost $20. My bowl was about 3/4 full very light on the salad and very light on the fish. I hope this is not a sign of things to come.

Not happy with our most current order. I had onions in mine, I am allergic to onions so I would not have picked them. My husband had cucumber in his and no where on his order did it have cucumber. First time we have had our orders screwed up.
