Poki Poki - Temecula

I have eaten poke and a lot of it. I have tried multiple poke spots and this place is probably the best. It is a spot that has big flavors, great service and fair prices.

The staff were very friendly, and the ingredients seemed fresh, but the sauces were not very flavorful. I also prefer to have all of the ingredients tossed with the sauces, rather than having distinct piles/sections for each ingredient. It is fine, but I have enjoyed Poki better at other restaurants.

Excellent customer service first and foremost. I used to love going to this place but recently the food isn’t as enjoyable. They put barely any sauce and even less if you get two. Hope that this is something they fix.

Food is good that is not the problem. The problem is this specific location is skimpy with their portions they scoop. They charge an insane amount for a bowl but don’t want to allow extra scoops of edamame. Every other poki poki I’ve been to allows extra scoops of edamame and gives generous scoops of everything else. It’s really disappointing because they’ve lost a customer from coming to their location frequently. I use to get bowls every week and now I limit it and go elsewhere because it’s not right. It’s not the employees it’s the managers that are telling them to not allow extra scoops of edamame and to not give generous scoops. I get they are trying to save money but also customers deserve to get the portions they are suppose to. Especially for the price you pay for a bowl….

Really good! I love cucumber water and they always have that for free to drink. 100% recommend trying this place

Absolutely enjoyed this food and kind staff! It's not quite like the poke we bought on Oahu, but it is the best we have found in Temecula! You can really customize your bowl, which was kind of fun! All of the ingredients seemed really fresh and crisp. Even the white rice had a great flavor! I posted a picture of my bowl half through, so please note that you will receive more than this! Another awesome feature is that you can select how spicy you'd like their food. I can't wait to go back!

We have been going here for years and it is still the great friendly service and great quality. Always fresh! If you don't know what to get, they can give you suggestions. Our go to for poke in this area.

Good portions, friendly staff. I've been coming here for 5+ years and they are always playing dope hip-hop. 5 stars.

I order two x Large bowls and one was missing and the one I received it was not completely the protein they forget to add it!

Excellent food they have here if you like fresh raw fish like sushi in the mix with a good vegetable servings etc.

Fantastic poke! Fresh and delicious every time we go! Great selection of proteins and sides. The staff is always wonderful and helpful.

Came here once and found a hair on my poke bowl, I just don't understand it wasn't too fresh either, friendly staff but recommend food inspection strictly.

I went in tonight around 7 (on New Years eve) to buy a bowl. The girl who was working (she was the only one there) was unfriendly and seemed to rush me out of the store as if it would help her go home faster. I’m sure her shift didn’t end until 8/9? If she didn’t want the job maybe she shouldn’t work there? Def not the service expected of I’m paying $12 for a poke bowl.

Love the freshness and quality they serve here. Such a wide variety of toppings and ingredients to choose from. You could get something different every time you eat here and it would all be good.

Girl ringing people up and making bowls would not change her gloves every time after taking payment. No hand washing. Was just unsanitary for me. Walked out after seeing her do that with 3 different customers.

I've been frequenting this establishment almost every week since they opened. Sometimes twice a week. The staff is friendly and even know my order. The quality is great. However the gentleman working Saturday on 7/25 around 1130 ruined it for me. I asked if they accepted samsung pay and he seemed extremely annoyed with me for asking. He claimed hes never heard of it, but I asked if I could try to pay for my meal before he made the bowl since it's just like any other electronic payment method. He refused at first telling me I needed to have a different form of payment because he didnt want to make my bowl and then my payment not work. I told him that's not what I asked, that I wanted to pay before he made it, so in the end we did try the Samsung pay. It didnt work which is fine. It's my fault for not having my wallet. But the way he acted was really upsetting. I've never been treated so rudely in this establishment and I'm considering never going back because of it. I walked out of there feeling like I was an annoyance and taking up his time. Mind you I was the only one in the restaurant at the time. Definitely not on par with where I want to spend my money.

Today at 1: 24 pm the girl who is working is very rude and short. I don't like her helping me. They have a sign up telling customers to leave there attitude at the door. The girl who is working there needs to read that note every time a customer comes in. Low rateing because of her.
