This morning I spoke with Fred at POL for information regarding a power brake booster mounting bracket for a complicaed restomod that I just started. Fred was very helpful and knowledgeable, and with his experience and input, I was able to get what I needed with a single call. Thanks, Fred! I really appreciated the time you took with me. POL has a new customer as a result.

SATY AWAY THEY ARE THIEVES! Just use jegs or summit and protect you money! I would not order anything from this company ever again they will steal your money and lie to you time and time again ordered 2k worth of brakes parts that I was told was in stock waited almost 2 months for them then when some of the stuffed finally shipped it was completely wrong parts didn't fit my application then when I called to see where the other parts were was told they will get there when they get there so I Just decide to return the order that was not for my car back to them which they shipped the wrong parts in poor packaging they made me pay over 300 in return shipping when they sent the wrong parts and then when they got the parts told me they are unsellable and won't give my money back we only unboxed then realized they where wrong and sent them back as we received them so they stole 2k and kept the parts

DO NOT BUY! Bought a rear Disc brake kit for a C 10 very poor design for caliper mounts, wanted us to use stackable spacers [Washers]not included to make up a inch of non fitment to the rotor. The brake pads they sent were wrong took 3 weeks of sending emails and pics, no human contact to get the right stuff The e brake will not work with our cables asked numerous times how to fix problem with no response as of today 1 overworked pissy tech guy Would only return for store credit after 90 days with re stock fees and not paying for return shipping BEWARE!

Horrible customer service. Placed an order online that showed in stock, called to confirm after 3 days with no tracking info and was told it wasn’t and it would be a few weeks. I requested the order be cancelled and received some attitude for it. It’s been 2 1/2 weeks and after sending multiple emails they still haven’t refunded over $1,000 to my card. Will be filing a dispute with my card and will never purchase from them again

Have ordered multiple items over the build process, most recent was a front end tube A arm kit for my c10, shocks were backordered, finally 2 months later they arrived, wrong shocks unfortunately, tried emailing with no response, called and 45 minutes on hold, shipped same ones again. Wrong! Did this 2 more times over 3 weeks time, nothing happens fast with these folks in this case. After returning and buying right ones locally they don't want to give me a refund. Huge hassle and terrible customer service. To many other vendors besides this outfit. Won't be back!

Fred hit it out of the park, I called in, only waited a couple minutes, told him what I wanted. He said that it would ship high priority.and he wasn't kidding.it got here in 2 business days. No complaints from me.

Not happy with lack of customer service. Installed a POL complete disc brake system for a C20. I’ve called multiple times and I’ve sent several emails asking for technical assistance. No response. The kit DOES NOT WORK.

Ordered a control arm kit 2 or 3 weeks ago kit is still not here they send all the parts separately of course you can’t talk to nobody they wanna send emails if your looking to have these within a decent time frame order elsewhere

They sell parts they don't have and give you the run around for 6 months saying "they will ship next month".

Than when you cancel you have to pull teeth to get your money back with vary poor customer service.

They list items as in stock but there actually on backorder. They also go by western chassis so beware its the same company

I placed a 2.5K order over six weeks ago and have only received about half of the order. I have tried to email them to find out an eta with no response to the emails. After about three weeks of receiving multiple boxes I received an email stating the rest of my order was on back order. There is no way to see if what you are ordering is in stock on their website and it took over three weeks to be informed the order was not coming with no eta. Their communication is very frustrating and my build has been sitting at a stand still for weeks.

Of the part that did show up (half from another supplier. HEIDTs). They seem to be good quality.
