The service is extremely low quality. My appointment rescheduled by their request and then the day of new appointment asked to bring paperwork in early DONE. Showed up 30 minutes before appointment to be told to go home for 3 hours. They should have called me an hour before to tell me and didn’t. Then I call two hours after to check time and operator wouldn’t or couldn’t ask office but argued with me. I show up at 10: 00 pm to pick my paperwork up because that’s not how to run a professional business and there was still people waiting in the waiting room. I have known this office for many years and I think money not quality of business is definitely the motive here.

I would give a zero star if that were an option.

BEWARE of working for this company. I got hired to work this tax season, they said I quit, which I didn’t, and now refuse to pay me for my hours worked. I have, kindly, asked for payment information and they told me to contact the post office (as though a check was coming), which makes no sense, since I was set up for direct deposit. I explained that I wasn’t waiting for a check and I needed to know when the direct deposit was coming. They refused to give me ANY info except call the post office. I had to file a Wage Claim with the Labor Commissioner Office and a Waiting Penalty Claim for this waiting period with no pay. I’ve also filed a claim with the BBB and suggest you do it too (who knows how many people they’ve done this to), if you’re in the same position. It seems as though these EX law enforcement officials think they’re above the law. I DO NOT SUGGEST YOU TO WORK HERE.
