It is a pleasant mood changer for me. Although I pass MANY salons from where I live to get there, it is worth the drive in order to receive the pleasant, friendly, and professional experience. I love Polished!

I love Polished Fremont! I have been a client for years and any time I take in a photo Vy gets it just right! Not only that, but my nails stay on for 3-4 weeks. I highly recommend

Clean and great atmosphere at Polished Beauty Lounge. Their luxury pedicure is my favorite, which includes the jelly foot bath and hot stone massage.

I found this place last minute I needed my nails and feet done. The only problem I have is that I didn’t find this place sooner. Excellent staff, the guy in charge is such a nice person. Oh and my nails and feet look GREAT! Will be returning for as long as I’m in the area

I was introduced here by a friend, and I was very impressed because the shop was very clean and the person who did my hands was very satisfied.

This establishment does not uphold State Board hygiene standards for sanitation, and they are not in compliance with the labor department. They do not pay their employees even minimum wage and the women can work as much at 9-10 hours to leave with as little as $17. Paychecks bounce, tax information is not properly documented, this shop subsists on sweatshop labor. Please find a more ethical location as supporting this shop is supporting the exploitation of these women. Local gov and news has been alerted as well as the labor department and state board of barber cosmo.

It’s been 1 week and these have been peeling and chipping since I got them done.the edges are all chipping and entire pieces have lifted off my nail. $50 for this was not it…

It’s a polished looking Salon with mediocre service. Techs are good, not impressed with eye for detail. Good service. I feel we have settled to accept sub-par service at steep prices.

Polished Beauty is a clean and cute nail boutique. I enjoyed the luxury pedicure and hot stone massage that was part of the package. I can't wait to do a girl's day! I want to share Polished Beauty with my sister and niece:)

Incredible! Polished is the best nail salon in the area. Every single person there is incredibly attentive, take extra time, making sure every experience, particularly with a pedicure is perfect. The gentleman, the owner, who is always there, makes you feel special and welcome every time. I highly recommend at least getting the signature pedicure, but every once in a while, I’ll spoil myself with the luxury pedicure. Worth every freaking penny.

First time visit the salon and really liked the place! Got gel manicure and regular pedicure, they were not rushed to give you the service. Also it’s not cash only. Will be back if I’m in the area again

Yesterday, I went to this nail salon to have my nails done. Two nail technicians assisted me, one Asian lady did my pedicure, and the other non-Asian lady did my manicure. The Asian lady was very meticulous in the preparation work before painting, including trimming nails and removing dead skin, while the non-Asian lady did an acceptable job, but not as thorough. After she finished, I noticed that the dead skin around my fingernails was not completely removed, but I thought it might be because she was new.

Then she started painting my nails with the color I chose, which looked like milky white on the color board. She applied two layers and prepared to seal them. At that time, I saw that a few nails on my right hand were painted very poorly, not only unevenly but also not smoothly. So I told her that it was a bit uneven, and she quickly took out the nail polish and applied another layer on the uneven nails, then immediately sealed it. I was really shocked at that time. I felt that her behavior was very unprofessional and made my nails look even worse. She quickly finished my manicure and prepared to finish.

At that time, I was very angry, so I apologized and told her that I was not very satisfied with my nails. She began to find excuses, saying that it was because of the color I chose, but I knew that it was a problem with her painting. Then she immediately asked if I wanted to remove it. I agreed. I still felt sorry for her because she had spent time doing my nails, but I really couldn't go home with such a "work. " So I said sorry to her again, but she ignored me. She brought the nail polish remover machine and started removing the nail polish quickly, aggressively, and forcefully. I was very angry at that time because she looked like she was venting her frustration on my hand. But I didn't say anything. I thought it should be fine even if she did it that way. However, I was wrong. After she removed all the nail polish, I felt a sudden pain. When I looked at my hand, the last nail (left thumb) she removed was bleeding where the nail touched the skin. I was really angry at that time. You injured my finger and wanted to end it all without admitting your fault? But I didn't blame her. I told her I was bleeding, but she just stood there and didn't say or do anything. I asked if she had any alcohol wipes or tissues, but she didn't answer. The Asian lady who did my pedicure told her to get something, and she did. After she came back, I wiped my wound myself, but she didn't apologize, not even once. Then she just walked away! Here, I want to express my gratitude to the Asian lady who did my pedicure. She later helped me trim the dead skin around my nails again, but this was not her job; it was the non-Asian lady's job!

This is truly the worst experience I've ever had. I encountered the rudest store staff I've ever met, and I don't understand how someone like her can work in a store that looks so nice and has such good ratings. She's really harming the reputation of this store. Even a stranger on the street would apologize if they accidentally bumped into you, let alone a manicurist who not only injured the customer but also didn't say a word and kept giving the customer attitude and venting her frustration on customer's fingers. What kind of service is this? I'm really angry, and I will never go back to this store. Everyone who comes to this store needs to be careful. That woman not only has poor nail art skills but is also extremely impolite!

I have been here 4 times, Best pedicures ever! Great prices and they are all so nice! I would be a regular if they were closer to me. The owners, Husband and wife very sweet people and did a beautiful remodel of the place.

I am new to the area and decided to give this place a try and I’m so glad I did! The nail tech was amazing and so particular in getting my nails to look exactly how I wanted. This was my first time getting Gel X and I was very impressed. The service was fantastic and the spa itself is so cute! I will 100% be back!

Such a beautiful, clean space and great service. I received a signature pedi, and my nail tech was Vy. She was amazing - took her time, checked in with me throughout the service, and was very meticulous.

They use new tools for every client, and log each time they clean the pedi tubs between every one. Also, had my feet soaked in a warm jelly bath for the first time, and it was wonderful.

Safe to say I’ve found my pedicure spot!

First time here today. It was great! I'll definitely be back!
Only downside is there was a sign on the door requiring masks (which I appreciate), most people were wearing them, two weren't.
