The most rude, disrespectful, unkind people. They actually made me feel like crying. They laugh at people, talk in their language. They only care about one thing, which is money. The ripped me off and to top it off gave my daughter getting her 1st pedicure a horrible fungus. Avoid at all cost! Also I’m pretty sure they control these reviews and will erase it.

I've lived on Modesto my entire life. I've been to many different salons. Polished by fat has the best pedicures! I drive from the other side of town for my pedicures, well worth it. They can be pricey but worth the pampering and relaxation.

Angel, was amazing! Great service, really took her time, never made you feel as though she was being rushed to hurry up, as she had others waiting for her. The chairs were awesome! Couldn't have asked for a better pedicure!

Excellent pedicures! The best in town! I have been going here for about 4 years and have recommended it to everyone I know. Staff is friendly, the best massage chairs, relaxing atmosphere and clean. You won't be disappointed

Awful my nails looks so gross I got a French tip and they didn’t even try and the whole experienced was rushed not to mention they were extremely rude

They always do a great job. They constantly have calls, make an appointment. For all services. Very busy.

So I was a regular and they lost my business…I called for an appointment @ 2 something she said come in @ 4: 15 I said ok see you then for two pedi’s get ther she says she didn’t get my call…I said hmmm thats funny I spoke with one of you. So I open my call log her phone rings I said thats you and this is me. I called so next time don’t book ppl and lie. Its rude and unprofessional. You lost two and possibly more clients who are dedicated to getting they feet done. But your loss not ours we took our business elsewhere and spent it on the full shabang for mother’s day and left tips!

Work is good but employees are rude! When correcting what I didn’t like on my nails tech took it very offensive and begin telling me I complain too much. Amy made me never want to go back again! She called me mean lady just for me being unhappy with my nails when she wouldn’t cut the cuticle or clean the bottom of the nails.

Very clean. Excellent staff. The citrus pedicure is amazing! Always have a wonderful experience here. My sisters and I love coming here

My sisters and I are regulars; we've been coming here for years but unfortunately we are no longer going back after today. Our pedicures were rushed the minute white customers came in. I don't know why they do that (do they think they're going to get a bigger tip?). The male employees make us feel so uncomfortable because they are purposely rough with our feet. One of their male employees (ponytail and arm tattoos) rushed us to pay even though our pedicures had not dried down yet. He was so unprofessional and rude, and when I asked where I can throw away the disposable sandals, he mocked me and laughed. Save your money; GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

My feet were very desperate for a pedicure and thought that my nails were too short to be pretty but I came in with ugly nails and came out with cute feet. I had a picture in mind (2nd picture) and thought that it may have been a little complicated but I got my nails done without a hassle and exactly how I wanted them Thanks polished?

Nails are not the same size paid $60 for less than $20 worth and they look ugly. I didn’t want to waste my time in there no more so I went to another nail Salon and they fixed it for me. Very rude to other people while I was getting my nails done. They don’t care and they over book appointments. Very bad service

This used to be my favorite place to go for pedicures but after the last 2 times I have gone I will not be returning. Customer service has gotten so bad that the pedicures are rushed and workers are completely lazy.

First time going, wouldn't go back, walked in had no appointment and was attended immediately that was the only good thing about this place. The while time I was there all the employees were speaking amongst themselves very little interaction with client and no customer service. It's like they didn't want to do my nails so would not recommend this place

It was a very bad salon. I went earlier today after making an appointment and the customer service was terrible. They were being disrespectful and rude. After getting my nails done no one wanted to get my feet done even though there was no one else and they were all free. It seemed like no one wanted to do their job and were being lazy. Don’t recommend going here.
