Great drinks in a nicely decorated bar. Can get crowded though.large list of drinks and drinks are made well.in a cool little neighborhood that has a few bars you can walk to in same area.

Nicholas was the best bartender! My husband and I enjoyed our time here and will be coming back again.

Hands down one of my favourite bars. Drinks are next level and ambient is unique. Bartenders always on the look out so you don't have to wait forever for drinks. Nice little patio outside for those hot summer nights. Their punch bowls are pricey and the ice makes it seem like they are big but it's better if you guys get draft cocktail instead of a bowl.

Great cocktail and trendy ambiance. Gets a bit loud, so standard shouting match to have a conversation.

Really cool bar. Reminds me of an old soda parlor, but this place definitely services sweet adult beverages instead. Unique old-timey decor, fun atmosphere, and a great selection of beers and cocktails makes Polite Provision a must.

I never liked cocktails until Polite Provisions. Everything I've tried is delicious. Casual Encounter and First Lady are my favorites. Not to mention, the bar is gorgeous.

The drinks are good, the lighting and ambiance of the place is like nothing I've ever seen in SD. You can describe it as chic and tasteful, a setting from the past.

Interesting with variety of concoctions limited seating but could stand at freestanding bars. No food and sister restaurant next door was out of many items early on. Friendly waitress who was able to help recommend drinks.

Easy to find, very visible from street, nice location with pedestrian indulging in their choice Polite Provisions. While visiting SD this was one of the places my nephew Chauncey took us, let me just say I enjoyed myself immensely! The atmosphere was very lively, everyone was chatting and having a great time.the staff was great!
I had the opportunity to chat with a few of them and they were very welcoming and educating me on the many different and unique drinks they were preparing, It was a delight watching each of them as they added their own special touch as if they could mix these drinks while blindfoldedI (just kidding) but they must be doing something very right because the orders kept coming and they kept pouring.
Although we went there for drinks we did try the sliders, they were so delicious and yummy. The drinks are so awesome! Their infused mints, hibiscus, orange etc. My drink of choice was the Zombie, (I will.plead the fifth as to why I think they called it that) and it was just as tasty as it was artistically arranged. Not to mention the vast choice of beer to please the palet of just about any beer could want.
Overall Pollite Provisions gets five stars! Great job guys! And y'all really should consider opening a location to Nashville!

An absolute must for great cocktails and a Beautiful atmosphere. Always a stop for me when I am in San Diego.
