The food is delicious here. If you place a phone/online order the pick up will be much easier. Phones are ignored by staff but if you are lucky and they answer you can place your order and pick up with no wait. If not, be ready to wait.

The food is fantastic, but they need to get better containers for To-go orders. The Styrofoam plate that they gave my food in, had melted, and the melted Styrofoam created a layer of plastic sauces on my food. I believe eating melted plastic leads to an array of health issues, so I hope they can find better containers to use.

The soup is so Good! But the rotisserie chicken was dry and bland. The fried rice flavor was too much soy sauce. I will go back for the soup.

It's a small location, the service is quick but I ordered a ceviche and it was not good at all. I have been to Peru and my wife is Peruvian. The ceviche was not cold nor fresh. Served warm and way too much leche de tigre (juice). I also ordered two cans of inka cola and then I looked at my receipt and noticed I was charged $8 for the beverages and thought they might have charged me for the 2 liter but they were charging me $4 per a can of 12 oz. I can be a six pack of inka cola at my local latin market for $2.75, inka cola is amazing but not that amazing. I understand you want to make a killing but no need to murder your customers wallet. I will try another pollo Inka location when I get the chance but it will be the restaurant not a hole in the wall location.

The only that this place has about peruvian food is the name but that's it.as a proud peruvian citizen I can tell that the quality of this food can taste good for people that don't know how real peruvian food taste but FOR ME IT'S SIMPLY JUNK. EL ROCOTO IN GARDENA IS 100 TIMES BETTER.

Great food and great prices. The drive thru line is really quick also. I got the whole chicken meal for only 20. It is alot of food and the chicken is so juicy and delicious. I saw this place while driving somewhere else. This will be a permanent stop now. So good and lots of food.

Good food, large portions. The lomo Saltado was perfectly seasoned. The fried plantains were sweet and tasty. The chicken cilantro soup was also very tasty. The employees seem like they didn't want to be there?

Can never go wrong with the chicken combo with fries. The soup is delicious as well.

The line can be deceptively long wait times so be aware of that.

The first time I was spectacular, there was a lady manager and everything was delicious, even the aguadito had prey and the grilled chicken, not to mention. But the second time I went, there was a manager who wouldn't stop chatting on his cell phone and his attention was lousy, he dropped the water, he didn't give a napkin, he was disoriented in serving the diners, what made us wait. Very bad attention from this subject and on top of that you ask for his napkin and he responds in a bad way and the food was lousy that day. I will not go there again

Hello, I have always called inka express and they don't answer me after three in the afternoon and they don't answer anymore and I told the manager there and he just laughed with me and told me or we're busy I think that's not a good answer for a business I am the manager of a restaurant and I believe that the customer comes first and the priority is to answer the phone, it does not matter if they are busy because we live off the customers, they have to improve the system because before it was very different now all the staff are different Thank you

I started eating at this location last year and enjoyed it. However, the last two times now I've gotten sick. Their Hacina sauce seems to be the culprit. The first time it was bad, and I was sick a couple days. Tonight I'm sick again, not as bad, but I'm feeling nausea and got the runs. Too bad they have such poor safety standards. I plan to make a complaint to the health department.

There is ALWAYS a line in the street. I finally had to try it. I love the vegetable rice but I am not a fan of the soup.

Very good flavorful food. Chicken is outstanding and the Aji sauce is espectacular. The place is small but clean. The service is horrible. The cashier (girl) was no pleasant to talk to. Please train your staff. When I pay with my card it asked me if I wanted to leave a tip 10%, 15%, 20% or other but there’s not a “no tip” option. They are forcing customers to leave a tip.

Okay so I always tell myself that I won’t be coming back here ever again. The waiting times in the drive thru are ridiculous. And yet, here I am once again; because their food it’s just delicious. Except the Inka sandwich that I added to my order, that one it’s bad. Zero favor, just a boring sandwich. I stick to the usual the family chicken meal. I got it with the rice and fries, cause the “salad” is just iceberg lettuce with a couple of tomato slices. Their chicken is so delicious that I keep on coming back. I’ve tried their other locations, and the wait it’s even longer. Their customer service, at least here, is nice. I do recommend this place, just bring your patience with you:)

How to come in and change the rating down to one star. Yesterday I had the fish fillet that was $15 two sides when was rice when was salad.

I thought the filet would be a homemade style but it was just an overpriced $15 piece of filet over plain white rice so the whole meal was just rice and a piece of stale fish fillet. No garnish no nothing on the sides and then there was a plain salad similar to the pre-made greens that you get at Ralph's which was horrible.
The soup was just an extra little cup, the green dressing was very spicy, which was all I had to add to the fish and it ended up hurting my stomach the food was terrible for $15

The wait time was ridiculous and it is not worth it

The first time I ordered meat veggies and rice was okay but it's still all not worth it.

Quick attention, good preparation and flavor, unpleasant atmosphere; the grilled chicken and the lomo saltado are memorable

Their pan con Lomo hits the spot, fiiiiire. Their family pack is huge comes with a lot so be ready, deginetky feeds 4+. Their spicy green sauce of amazing im a light weight for spicy but I'm always adding some to my food. Prices here are great, favor is great, speed is generally good a few times over had to wait more than usually but I'm assuming I hit their rush.
