Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store, Cabazon CA

Nice store, but no one ever answers the phones no matter what time or day I seem to call. Been trying to inquire about stock availability for a few items for well over 1 week and no response. So much for the phone order concierge options that are talked up and marketed to you from the automated system. At least change the prompt so others aren't misled in the future if you can't afford to walk the talk.

The staff is Always friendly and very very helpful. I guess you can call the ladies fashion experts. They can put an outfit together for you that will really pop. I don't mind paying more when I get service like that. After all this place is not wallmart. Such expertise! They really know how to train the staff here. The store is always neat and clean. Thanks for being so awesome staff. Ask for Kim she is the best.

Such a bad experience shopping polo Ralph Lauren on this store. There is a Chinese lady was doing live streaming on the store. So loud. Taking everything with her and making so mess. Just wondering is the polo Ralph Lauren is asking her to do live streaming to make more sales. Anyway, I like this brand. But disappointed on this store.

Just finished my shopping experience and as always Candy is the best! So helpful and full of knowledge! She even helped me place an online order for an out of stock item! She is fantastic! Thx!

Great customer service from Diane! She greeted us as soon as we walked into her part of the store. She took the time to help us find product that wasn't on the sales floor.

Staff was helpful but I didn't think much of the selection and prices seemed high for what there was.

Laughable. Coming from a former associate and shopper- Just know when you are coming to the OUTLET mall like this, at one of the biggest corner stores, the quality of service will always be low. The management especially at this location is incompetent. Remember this before you step foot in this store. God forbid you need help here, you WILL have to talk down to everyone working there, so just imagine the type of people who choose outlet retail for a career, and then set your pace. Good luck. Xoxo

I am extremely dissatisfied with their customer service. I was patiently waiting in line to purchase a few products that I had wanted, when as soon as I start walking up to the cashier register The lady who is ringing me up, who had short blonde and brown hair, is looking me up and down. I felt extremely uncomfortable as if she’s judging me based off of what I’m wearing and what I had purchased from other stores. It really saddens me that grown adults will treat you a certain way based off of what you wear or where you shop from. Come to find out my boyfriend was also checking out in the cashier next to me and the lady who was helping him was kind enough to offer him a 10% off coupon and the lady who was helping me didn’t when we literally bout the EXACT SAME THING.

Real nice place to shop there was a older gentleman that worked there forgot his name very very helpful. Definitely will be back to shop. Its POLO Summer for me.

Great place to shop for clothes, shoes and just about everything else. Reasonable price and it's an outdoor seating too. Opportunity to feel the warm air or cool air it depends on the season.

Went to Versace store. Loved it. Just had to wait in line for 1 hour. Mothers day really packed.

Had a awful experience here Their Employee name is Wendy just wrongfully insinuated that we were stealing, once we confronted her that our items were purchased with our receipts there was no apology. Wendy was Rude and I won’t go back there. At a time like this things could have went another direction.
