5I got an appointment and I was late, for nothing in the world did they want to attend to my daughter. Today I have an appointment and I'm going to wait for an hour, the person apologized but in my previous appointment, no matter how sorry I was, they didn't attend to my daughter. So that they schedule an appointment if they are going to attend you when they want or when they can. Very strict in their policies but they do not apply them to Ell@s themselves. My appointment was with Dr. Knoll
Worst doctor ever said both my kids was fine only to find out they weren’t didn’t listen to any of my concerns visit was shorter than the wait take you kids to a doctor who cares. My kids was sick and wells could have prevent it from getting do bad but did nothing. Now I’m out of work and they out of school with my excuse because they already went to the doctor no need and taking them back to them.
Dr. Tillis was great, but I have been on time to my appointments and have never gotten out before an 1hr 45 min. They are closed and do not answer phones during the lunch hour. Weigh station and height for infants is taken in the lobby, so I seem to regularly be sitting with an undressed baby in a common area for over 30 min. I don’t see a separation for sick and well kids. And my last straw was that they ran out of a vaccine, and when I requested to come back to get all the scheduled shots at once (because I didn’t want to prolong the crankiness of my baby) their response (paraphrased) was that the other vaccine had already been pulled and it was paperwork to trash it now. I acquiesced and am now angry with myself as well as their practice.
After waiting 22 calls that were ahead of me, they hung up on me. As well as the previous 5 times that I tried to call and they directly sent me to voice mail. SO DISRESPECTFUL!
