Great store if you have a pool but limited supplies if you have a spa. Sad my old place went out of business when the owner died.

These guys are great. I will refer all my friends with pool needs to them.
They have more than handily, taken great care of inherited customer from Supreme Pool.

Went there to pick up the dex2421jkit it’s a replacement clamp for a de4800 Hayward filter system after 3 shops said it won’t work and I would have to spend 1500.00 to buy a new 48 square foot filter system the sales lady who was amazing called the supplier and verified it would work and assured me of that fact. They went above and beyond and were in stock and only 10.00 higher that Amazon. Excellent service and will be back again and again

Great prices and customer service! Ordered filter cartridges and two of the four had slight cracks on the top. Messaged them and just asked if the cracks would be an issue, never requested any compensation. They responded and immediately sent replacements. Understand things happen during shipping but they took care of it no questions. Thank you!

I have been using Pool Guy Supply for over 10 years now. They have great products and great prices (I try to do as much of my own pool work as possible). Recently I purchased a flow sensor for my salt cell and after 2 months it experienced a structural failure with the flexible contact. I contacted Pool Guy Supply and after sending them a picture of the failed sensor, they sent me a new one at no cost. Great, great customer service. They are the best!

These guys go beyond to help clear the fog of just random internet searches within reason. Family operated with heart.

As a first time customer I can say that I am impressed with the quality of the merchandise I received, at a good price and with fast shipping. I will definitely be ordering from Pool Guy Supply!

I am writing this review to warn customers, if you buy from this place, make sure that is exactly what you need and that will work for you, because even they said that they have 30 day return policy THEY WILL NOT LET YOU RETURN and REFUND you money.
I bought cartridges for my Pentair 420 filter. The description said it will fit in, but it is not. After we out them in and started our pump, the air pressure went so high and he’s our top of the filter expoloded, some piping broke and damaged the gears for our inground cleaning system. I had 2 technicians coming to fix and both said that cartridges are not for this filter. I went to the store and bought PleatcoPure filter, and solved the problem of air pressure. I emailed to customer service of Pool Guy Supply to return the cartridges back, plus I am still in 30 days returning policy frame, but they are refusing my return.

Totally awesome customer service. Alex couldn't have been any more helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this company. Not only because of the customer service but also the great prices.

Needed a Haywood swim clear bottom manifold. No one stocked it saying it was out of stock. Pool Guy Supply had the part and was reasonably priced and delivered quickly. Will shop again with them

After my 3rd visit.this is definitely my new pool place. Very competitive pricing. Quin, Conner and esp Jagger are exceptional sales reps, they are very thorough with water testing, from Phosphate, chlorine, alkaline etc. Never felt pressured to buy chemicals i dont need. Jagger explained a lot of new things to me to help understand the complex elements of "pooling". Thought i would need major chemicals for my algae, but turned out to be a bag of shock and chlorine. Appreciate the honest salesmanship, when every business is trying to cash in on people in these economic times. Highly recommend. Keep it clean and blue Corona.

We were in need of new filters, I checked my prior Amazon order and the price had more than tripled. Yikes. When I did a Google search for the part number the Pool Guy Supply came up. I called and ordered. They were extremely helpful and shipped that day. Super happy with customer service and speed of delivery. Definitely bookmarking The Pool Guy Supply.

I’d have to say don’t do it. Bought a salt generator motherboard last august and it has not worked properly a day that we have owned it. After multiple calls - the guy actually told me that it shouldn’t read those numbers unless I tampered with it! Resetting the readings 4-5 times to get it to read correctly is NOT NORMAL. They said they will replace it if I send them my board, let them rest it and then send me another. So in May I should take our pool down 10 days to 2 weeks! Alex is the top guy there - no one above him (according to him). I would just say it’s not worth the headache of saving a few dollars. The run around and faulty equipment is not worth the headache. Horrible service / faulty products.

Update. After 4 weeks of no return calls, no help, and resetting our faulty motherboard everyday to make it work- I purchased an OEM motherboard and had the salt system working optimally in 20 minutes. Horrible that they knowingly sell expensive trash (others had the same problem with their product purchased the exact same week) and won’t stand behind it. Lesson learned.

My Friend and I visited The Pool Guy this afternoon and were pleasantly surprised to be served by a young gentleman named Quinn. We are new to Above Ground Pool ownership in Norco environment and had to get educated on all things we are to do when filling a pool with new water.

Quinn answered every question and was most helpful.

We hope to hire a pool service for this pool monthly, but for now, we purchased Shock, Conditioner, Testing Kit, Cleaning tools, and Liquid Clorine.

Quinn also helped us load the car, which as two women with physical limitations, we appreciated very much.

We would love to recommend The Pool Guy for anyone with Above Ground or Inground pool needs.

Order was placed yesterday for new filter cartridges, a new vacuum, and o-rings. Arrived in Las Vegas barely 24 hours later. Everything arrived as ordered, in perfect condition, at very reasonable prices. Could not be more pleased and impressed. Definitely my first place to order pool equipment!

I ordered a flow switch for my pool saltwater chlorine generator and received it quickly! Installed it with no problem and it fixed my problem and is working great!
