Your people are incredibly rude. Maybe you should make sure they are all able to drive safely and abide by traffic laws before you hire them instead of having them take your branded trucks on speeding sprees where they cuss out people they tailgate. Super unprofessional as a service.

Very happy with the expertise and work. They redid my old pool with pebble; offered a lot of sharp expertise in the best way to do it and did a great job. They also put in a heater which was a bit tricky with our setting. Unfortunately had some warranty issues but they fixed it super fast (next day). A couple months in but very happy. Here and there comms could be a little better but overall what matters is happy and the work is VERY good.

Pool Pros had done great work on our pool. Where other pool companies couldn’t diagnose the problem, Pool Pros not only correctly assessed the situation, they have always been fast at getting work completed to fix the issue. A+ from us! Thanks, Pool Pros.

We contacted them regarding some issues we were having with our pool equipment and they were able to schedule an onsite visit rather quickly.
The individual they sent was able to troubleshoot the issue and recommend an plan of action.

Update on my previous review: we jumped on a service agreement with pool pros after some additional repairs were needed.pricing was competitive and I'm willing to pay a small premium to maintain contact for warranty in case a issue occurs on the prior repairs they've done. I've been ghosted before by other repair guys.

Great work on pool resurfacing, travertine deck, house gas line and pavers installations. Would definitely use again.

Contracted three years ago for Pool Pros to replace my in ground pool. They charged me $12,500 in 2020.
Woke up four days ago to find an alarming drop in water level. And that’s when I found out that they only guarantee their work for one year!
What a terrible waste of money & time.

Pool Pros helped replace my pool equipment and light. Right from the initial visit by Shelly to final completion of work, I found the whole crew very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Work was completed ahead of promised time, their charges were reasonable compared to the other quotes I had received, and at the end it turned out to be much better than what I had imagined. There were no hidden charges once work started; what they quoted before starting is what I was charged at the end. I'm very happy I chose Pool Pros for this work and would strongly recommend them to everyone.

I recently have Pool Pro did my backyard. They went above and beyond to get the work done. I'm very happy with their work and highly recommend to everyone.

I received a quote from them during the pandemic and now they are claiming their price went up almost 3x as much! When I question the line items I get no response whatsoever. They keep adding the wrong line items. I am ready to start this project but they just seem so shady and inexperienced even though they've been around for years. I wouldn't recommend them. Not sure what's going on over there but their pricing, logic, and reasoning for things is all over the place.

Mixed reviews about Pool Pros, but we are currently looking for another company for our monthly service. Minimal communication ever from our pool pro, accidentally left our water filling once and while they did pay the difference, they then came back with a very advantageous quote for additional services to fix repairs exacerbated by the overflow. They also neglected to point out the obvious leak we had. Cleaning was generally good, just don’t expect more than that unless you complain. Overall expect very base service, not much engagement at a decent market price.

We are long term customers of this service. They have done a phenomenal job with our pool. They quickly respond to all our request in a timely manner.
