Pool Supply 4 Less, Moorpark CA

We ordered hard to find pool filters at half the cost from these guys. They are awesome to work with and there orders come very quickly to us here in Phoenix Arizona.

I purchased a Pentair pool filter from Pool Supply 4 Less. Package came, in all good condition, very quickly I might add. Took it out of the factory package, and found that the assembly ring that holds the top to the bottom of the filter housing is broken. I thought to myself, how in the world am I going to get this replaced? No way it's going to happen. Lo and behold, I sent an email to Pool Supply 4 Less to customer support. And within three days, I had a brand new ring! They were amazing! They were the least expensive online for making this particular purchase. Highly recommend them for all your pool/spa needs. Customer service is not yet dead!

I placed my first order on Friday December 31. I knew they would probably be closed for New Years, so was not expecting a response until January 2. I received an order confirmation the same day and my order was shipped on Tuesday. I received it on Friday. One week later with a Holiday. Wow! And the price was better than I could find anywhere else.

They sell aftermarket Hayward wireless antenna. It’s the Engenius. ENS610EXT it lasted 1 month before it stopped working. Pools4less does not give you any type of warranty once it’s delivered.
Please do not waste your money.

I ordered a Pentair Master Temp pool heater for my in ground pool. I was very excited that the customer service seemed wonderful and the order shipped quickly. When the box came, the box was not damaged and appeared that all was fine-I did sign for the delivery. There is a clause in their ordering that you must be home and sign for these big deliveries-it states in the email that they continue to quote me that I was to inspect the box for damage and sign, and if needed, unpackage the box in front of the delivery driver. My box was in perfect condition so there was not a need in my opinion to open the box in front of the driver. When I went to open the box later in the day to get the heater ready for install, it was then that I realized that the lid was pretty cracked on the unit. I immediately contacted customer service who was very responsive and tried making a claim with the delivery service. I do not believe this was a delivery issue-I truly believe this unit was packed this way-today, we went to take the rest of the unit out of the box, and there is considerable damage to the units plastic casing. PS4L states they are not liable since I signed for the package. These units are expensive and I want everyone to know that BUYER BEWARE! Check your box upon arrival, open it up, I guess at least I could have placed blame on the poor delivery driver. PS4L is doing nothing to help repair this unit for me-just quoted me the cost for the parts to fix it! Seriously!

Great prices! Came in no issues so far so good! Only thing would be more of a notification on shipping? It just randomly showed up if i hadn’t come home for lunch big box would just sit there. Day delivered got email saying it had just shipped

Bought a pentair rebel rebuild kit and received the wrong one. Looking back it did say version 2 but in the picture it displayed a version one which is what I went off of. I tried calling to set up a return multiple times and could never get through to anyone and no returned calls.

I ordered the wrong heat exchanger for a pool heater, emailed company to return item and they got right on it gave me all the info to return. I paid for shipping package was delivered but that's it no refund and can't get anyone to respond to my emails for Two months now (do to covid) is the excuse. Nice doing buisiness with you!

I have ordered from poolsupply4less a few times. Each time the process is very easy and fast. Even though I am in Florida, they are able to get me the product within a few days from California. They always have the best prices with no tax and no shipping. I highly recommend putting this company on your pool replacement parts lists without a doubt. My latest project was to replace the board in my Hayward ProLogic panel. Poolsupply4less shipped the new board right out to me. I popped in the board and all is working well again. Saved about $500 by doing it myself. Highly recommend this company.

Ordered on a Sunday and received on a Wednesday. Never received a confirmation email from them, just through PayPal. Couldn’t get a hold of anyone either. After ordering once I’d order from them again. Just make sure you know what you need. I’d be afraid of what might happen if there were a problem though.

Purchased a motor and drive for hayward baker variable speed pump. Pricing was great, fast delivery, and great response from customer service. Been running for 2 weeks and hope to get another 7 years from pump. Saved a good amount of money as found best pricing and left existing housing. Will purchase from them again.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I made a mistake and bought the wrong voltage light. I contacted the company to try and come up with a solution and their response is not our problem.horrible customer service.

I purchased a Pentair 2HP motor and pump and when it was delivered the shipping box was severely damaged like it had fallen off the back of a truck. Upon opening the shipping box and inspecting my purchase, the motor access cover and base that supports the motor were broken. I reached out to them to discuss a compensation for the delivery of the damaged item and was told to send pictures to an email address. The email address returned my email undelivered. I called back multiple times with no answer and no return calls from the company. With no communication from PS4L, I was forced to have the damaged equipment repaired locally. I would caution anyone from doing business with this company.

Amazing shipping and great service. I ordered Friday and it was shipped Friday afternoon. I was blown away when it arrive on my porch Monday morning from FedEx in perfect condition. I will only buy my supplies from this company. Thank you!

Blake, is a total pro and has helped us out on numerous occasions with finding and getting us pumps, filters, heaters, controller. Good guy and easy to work with and will get you just about anything you ask him to find for you. I highly recommend him and Pool Supply 4 less.

Ordered Pentair 400k spa heater on a Friday, it shipped next Tuesday, and I had it in TX Thursday morning. Excellent price, with item in stock unlike many other stores, and well packaged for careful transit.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I bought a replacement filter for my rental home in Mexico. When I arrived in Mexico, I discovered I had ordered the wrong filter. It was still in the wrapper in “NEW” condition. When I requested to exchange the filter for the proper one, I was told that it was past the 3m day return policy. I just wanted to return it and get the one I needed. Not only that, but when I spoke to the “manager”, he was quite rude and would not even consider the circumstances of my delima. Customer service SUCKS! Even if you have to pay more, buy from any place but this place.

Stay away from this outfit. Customer service the worst and don.t try to return something. Cost me $44 plus shipping to return an item.

Product was in stock, came in on time. Surprised by how much less expensive the item was. But now I know why. They sent me a faulty/refurbished product that leaks (after two months. Item typically lasts 3-5 years).

I reached out for a refund and customer service takes one day to respond to each email. They keep giving me the run around and will not take responsibility.

I do not recommend this site.
