Brian inspected my pool before i purchased the house, he then had my pool drained, cleaned, rebalanced and even help cap the old failing solar system that was leaking.

Throughout the experience he was fair, knowledgeable and kind. He found ways to save me money and overall my new to me pool looks fantastic.rest assured your best interest is in hand when they are suggesting work needed.

We enjoyed having our 20+ year old pool resurfaces in spring 2022. Great salesperson and the work crews were excellent and efficient and they did a good cleanup job, too. We selected the darkest color of micro-pebble and the water has a dark blue look as a result. The end result looks great!

Very unhappy with quality of workmanship and customer service. Numerous issues and Joe, the owner, told me they would redo spillway issue and get answers for other problems. Never did anything and he or the company never return calls. I am filing a complaint with the State Liscensing Board.

These guys did an amazing job for us. We used pool time a few years ago for a brand new pool and spa in Roseville and we were very happy with their final product. We just went ahead and built another pool and spa with them. They didn’t disappoint at all. They were right on time and finished the project in about eight weeks. Joe is a great guy and always gets the job done. We highly recommend this company to anyone looking to build a new pool.

Hector does a great job getting my pool open. The quality of this companies work is exceptional.

Pool inspection was great, and thorough. Unfortunately they don’t provide you the report digitally like all other companies during our hike purchase. It was $300 which I’ve learned is a home expensive. But I was happy with the man who came out and performed it.

The customer service though is quite rude and outdated. I chose not to use them moving forward due to their costs, and customer service.

Pool Service is excellent! Whenever I call and talk to Joe (the owner), he acts like I am his only customer and solves any problem that I have. I really appreciate the time and consideration of Pool Service!

I hired Pooltime for their full service maintenance which included having our pool vacuumed. Unfortunately, their service technician never did so leaving the bottom of our pool covered in leaves. His service card showed he never vacuumed the pool. I suspect their technician was simply performing the wrong level of service rather than just being lazy. Pooltime never responded to multiple emails I sent them with photos of the issue. You can see in the attached photo what our pool looked like an hour after their, "full service. " After a few calls to their office, the owner contacted me saying he would stop by and make the issue right. He was apologetic but he never stopped by and he apparently didn't speak with the technician. At this point, I'd wasted way too much time just trying to get them to do the job I hired them to do. The next week after we spoke, the technician still didn't vacuum the pool. I called to cancel my service and to ask for a refund. They mailed me an incomplete refund which was about $40 short. My subsequent requests for a complete refund for the month were ignored. If they ever get around to providing a full refund for the work they never did, I'll update this review. Mistakes happen all the time and I don't expect perfection. Pooltime was given plenty of opportunities to fix their performance. Based on the ignored emails, unkept promises to improve, and incomplete refund, I'd recommend using someone else for your pool maintenance.

We had a crack in our pool and needed to get it repaired. From the moment they came out to give us a quote to all of our interactions and all the work that the whole team has done we highly recommend them. We now use them as our pool service as well. We have Joey that takes care of our pool and he does an amazing job is very thorough. He is very knowledgeable and has excellent service. The whole team has excellent service and are very professional. I like that you pay for the service as they complete the job when we had our pool under construction to repair the crack. The team that came out to repair the pool would always clean up after every day they were here! The whole team is just wonderful and I am so impressed. Our pool looks so beautiful and sparkly. I highly recommend them for reconstruction/repair and pool services. We are very pleased. I wish I could post before, during, and after pictures.

Joe is one of the most positive people you will ever meet. Remodel or clean they do the job right. I've been dealing with Joe since 2003.

I had them replace two below ground valves that were the 1960 era original equipment. Very knowledgeable and professional. All work performed as proposed.

They did a fantastic job - we had them install a new filter for us. They were timely and friendly.

I used Pool Time for a rush pool inspection on a home sale. They came out the next day and had the report in the very same day. Very punctual and professional. Highly recommended.

We recently moved into a new home with a pool. Pool Time was the company hired to inspect the pool and make the necessary repairs. We liked working with them and hired them to do weekly maintenance. They have been great! Hugo and Alfredo are both wonderful!

Terrible customer service. Took over a month to make a site visit. Tristan unable to be reached by phone.never responded to voice mail messages or picked up his phone. Waited over 2 weeks without hearing back despite being told initially we’d hear back within a few days. Recommend using another pool company, one more dependable who stands by their words.
