Worst customer experience I have ever had was at this location. I ordered through the app 6 chicken sandwiches when I was in line at drive thru I waited 40 MINUTES when I pulled up I had expected them to have my order ready they told me to pull up to the window and that is when I was confronted by a rude employee telling me they did not have anymore chicken sandwiches when I clearly saw there were still chicken sandwiches on the rack. I urged them and they only gave me 2 chicken sandwiches. They told me they couldn't refund me the money for the food I had already paid for online. Now I'm stuck on the phone with customer service for over an hour don't waste your time at this unprofessional Popeyes!

Was waiting forever in the drive thru for my tender meal that was stale and barely warm. Mash potatoes tasted bland and old. Will never come back to this location.

Service was terrible. The lady talked way too low and I couldn't hear her. I asked what the jambalaya had and she couldn't even tell me because she didn't know and didn't even bother asking someone else. I got my order to go and she never even offered me any saice or honey. When I asked if i could have some she just looked at me to see if I'd leave. Terrible experience here at this Popeye's location. Never again will i come here.

Was so amazing. From the food to the customer service made me feel really welcome! I usually don’t go to fast food but when I do I go to this Popeyes’. Especially since this girl Beverly works the front register sometimes and she’s so sweet and she always makes sure I’m having a good day.

This place has fallen off! We ordered 3 chicken sandwiches and they were gross, soggy and cold. The staff was rude and rushed with little to know people in the drive through.

Check your order before you leave the drive-through. Tonight was the third time that we got the wrong order. When you try to call they don't answer the phone and it goes to a full mailbox. Frustrating!

Used to come here and prefer this location over the rancho location. Im dissapointed in the service now, will not be coming here anymore. I just ordered 2 spicy sandwiches and every bite that i took, was just a MOUTHFUL of spicy mayonaise. The huge amounts of mayonaise would off of the sandwich. ******* GROSS DUDE. Even the breading off the chicken felt old and very grainy, whoever Is breading the chicken is doing a terrible job by NOT sifting the flour correctly. It was so bad, the breading would FALL OFF the chicken patty with every bite.

I dont know who does the hiring but time after time after time they get orders wrong, simple things like a drink or forgetting the sauce. The customer service is ABYSMAL. Even the managers have a nasty attitude. Only reason to come here is because its drive through. Other than that, dont even bother.

The cute cashier with the tattoos had great customer service I had a very pleasant eating experience and I must say is very clean in there

Yup this Spicy Chicken sandwich is excellent. No way I would wait an hour for it.but I had my first one today. NO LINE lol. It was great
