31Place was busy when I got there but service was still pretty fast considering. Red beans and rice was like soup and inedible. Nasty.
Food was cold, and when I went home I found my family meal missing two pieces. I will never go to this place again.
Great customer service at this location, staff greeted me as I walk inside the restaurant which was very nice and the food was 100% fresh hot and quick service.

I love Popeyes, but the last 2 weeks have been terrible service at the Beach and Hazard in Westminister location. The restaurant have been running out of chicken 2 hours before the closing time. I've had to go to another location in Westminister to order food.

My daughter and I love Popeye's. This partially restaurant is a good example of the franchise. The only reason I have the place 4 stars instead of 5 is because they don't have a drive through.
No cocktail sauce? How can you serve shrimp
With no cocktail sauce? Bad manager. Not nice at all. No diet Coke? Come on get it together.
I called in 10 mins before closing and they made sure they had my blackened tenders cooking before I got there. Really impressed with their customer service.

Worst Service I've received in a fast food place in a very long time. I went in with my two young kids, order in, from Amanda (employee) she forgot napkins, fork, sauce, when I went back to requested Crystal who was extremely rude and disrespectful. Before I left I talked to Elizabeth (Manager) who after expressing my dissatisfaction, I didn't even get an "I'm sorry about what happened" she just said "ok" I WOULD NEVER GO BACK TO THE WESTMINSTER, CA on Westminster Ave.and Goldenwest!
