Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, Turlock CA

I love Popeyes but this one really sucks! They never have anything on the menu and customer service is absolutely horrible. There is this one guy in the drive thru that has no idea what he’s doing and another girl that is very, very rude. The drive thru itself is a nightmare to get into and I was told I had to park and wait 20 minutes for my food, I got it 30 minutes later.

Got the chicken sandwich was not as good as the one on Hatch Rd was not seasoned very well was kinda bland and tasteless personally I will not be going back KFC chicken sandwich I had a few weeks ago was way better and this was the popeyes in Turlock

This place is horrible. I’ve been sitting in the drive thru for 38 mins with only 1 car in front of me.f I could give them no star, I would. Why open a popular place and don’t no how to run it correctly?

This was my first time at this location it was disgusting the chicken was overdone the mash potatoes and gravy was so runny you can drink it they just through the biscuits in the box it wasnt in a separate box the hatch rd location is so much better

I am not happy with the way they have changed their whole menu and the way the food is prepared now. I will not be returning in the future.

Someone Please help this location! Out of something everytime and wait in line forever to get told that.computer down.can't take gift cards. (machine doesn't work?) I got Mac and cheese and it looks terrible, texture and taste is terrible. This place is sooooooo terrible.

I don't think this popeyes location even sales chicken sandwiches. I've been trying to get one for a month, there either "not making them that day" or they are out. For laughs I even went once at night and in the morning of the same day and got different answers.

Had ordered two chicken sandwiches through drive- thru and was told it would be a 10-15 minute wait and was asked to wait out front, which was no problem. After 20 minutes I went inside to check on the order and was told it would be another 10 minutes which turned into another 15 minutes. The sandwiches were fine in the end except the fries were cold. Overall not a pleasant experience.

The worst Popeye’s experience! The chicken was not fresh or crunchy, jus reheated and plenty of cold oil. Coleslaw was the half amount of the regular one, the potatoes were ok. Biscuits were a greasy dough not well cooked, layers on the biscuit? Forget about it, nothing of these are here. What a shame!
Chicken came with the feathers. Very small size. I tried all the Popeye’s places and all were good. I was surprised why the line was empty because this location was recently opened, and lines for first customers were long. Now I know why. It is a fact of lack of quality. Also they are short in workers, I had to wait for take my drive thru order, then the same attendant for both places. Please improve the quality. I had to read the reviews before wasting my money in this location, but it is learning ok, I like to learn also, and i consider this an opportunity for writing this review, let’s do that guys! You can improve and achieve the quality that Popeye’s customers have all these times! Go! You can do it!

I stopped going to this location a long time ago. I drive to ceres popeyes always good never had a bad experience

I’m not joking when I say this, I’f you pull up to this Popeyes there’s like a 50% (seriously) you actually get food. I’ve pulled up broad daylight 3pm and they don’t have any food ready to go? This has happen at least 4 times no cap. Or the cash system is down, or they won’t even respond they’ll leave you sitting in the drive through without saying a word. Worse fast food in Turlock fasho. I’m 100% serious, this Popeyes is beyond trash

Yes it is Tuesday December 21st it is already almost 15 minutes after 11: 00 I went to the website says that they were open at 10: 00 a.m. Their drive-thru has cones blocking so you can't go through to order so I park to walk up to the doors and go inside those are still locked by and you it's already 11: 00 and they're still closed even though the website says they should be open and so the window I see associates in there but they will not come to the drive-thru window I'm trying to get some attention to find out what's going on there was also a customer waiting with me and they stated they did an online order that was supposed to be ready a half hour ago and wasn't and she's been waiting there this is the worst facility ever I nothing but problems would I come here that's why I probably hardly ever come I don't recommend it to anyone they need to fix this problem they need to take care of this facility if they want it to grow because it is awful

If this popeye's was just OK they were out of a lot of chicken stuff. It was drive-through only And the product was cold.

The manager Stacey is rude and only worried about getting with guys at work distgusting and unprofessional

Got 14 tenders to go order.half of tenders looks very old and hard like jerky.kids cant chew those.throw half of tenders.call them and let them know about it.they even won’t let me finished and hung up on me.very bad experience

While not the cheapest chicken joint in town, it might be the best when it comes down to the new nuggets and the new sauce. The dining room is finally back open again, we were the only ones there and got excellent service they even brought the food out to us!
