Service is extremely slow no matter when I go 2. An they are not friendly
Need more workers 3. Manager was just plain nasty to me

Visited the Popeyes in Dublin, Ca. The place was dirty both behind the counters and the customer area.
Tables and floors was filthy.
And the workers were not CLEAN!
I ordered Fish and was old and they reheated the order.
Never going to that Popeyes again.

Food is what you expect from an average Popeyes but service is really slow. Looks like it is an understaff location. Multiple times after doing a long line on drive through they suddenly decide to close it because staff is being overflow with the demand. Needs to improve a lot the service. Advice: always go inside if there is a long line of cars, chance you will waste lot of time there is pretty high.

Update: this place randomly stop serving. They may start not answering the drive through speaker of shut the door. This is not a reliable place to go.

The reason I don't do drive though is I always hit the curve. If they are not opening for dine in, they should turn off the in store pick up option in the app and I would not purchase ‍ Anyway, they should hire more staff because according to the staff, they can't do dine in because there isn't enough people working.

By far one of the worst Popeyes I’ve visited. This location is generally busy, but with terrible service. My order has been incorrect 50% of the time and it doesn’t seem like this location takes great pride in service. They don’t really listen to what’s being asked for when you’re going to order, service feels rushed, they close early, and they seem to not care. If I was corporate at Popeyes, I would really spend checking out how they do things and potentially send a secret shopper. Food is ok, standard Popeyes, service is not so hot.

Went to the drive thru, ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, a lemonade, and a dr pepper. Got a regular chicken sandwich, a water, and a coke. Didn’t realize until we got home and they didn’t give me the receipt to correct it.

Terrible customer service. Super rude “manager” who gets an attitude if you ask to repeat your order once. Doesn’t know how to use a credit card machine

Great chicken! Still love the chicken but the manager at the dublin store on Regional Street was rude and abusive. He gave me the wrong order through the drive thru and when I went in to complain he ripped my food and the and receipt out of my hands and told me if I was not happy to call corporate (the number gor corporate does not work btw). I ended up calling the police to get my receipt and some new food back.
I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS POPEYES FOR ANY REASON!

One star off due to uneven drive way causing car damage. The huge drop gaps are on the way entering and exiting the restaurant (i.e, one for each). Drivers need to be very careful not letting the drop damaging bottoms of their cars. If you stay in the store long enough for a meal, you can easily see one or two cars hitting their chassis.

Here's how it works:

Doors open at 10. Enter after then. Go to counter. Woman in back watches you stand there and continues to do her thing. That's fine, she's likely not assigned to the register.

Later, still, a man emerges from the back to tell you no food until 10: 30 - at the earliest. Kitchen isn't ready.

I understand staffing may be harder now and that's a real challenge. If you're not ready, you're not ready. Change your hours.

Just don't waste my time and my trip so you can feel better about the schedule.

No food, poor service. Ergo 1 star. Just fix the schedule/hours.

As a chef, who wanted to explore the brand, thought it would be a wonderful exposure on sandwich and chicken. Love it in UAE, Canada but here we need to raise the game

Beware if you order drive thru. They have been consistently missing items which is beyond human error. Check your orders before you leave! Or better yet, order at the counter.

As far as the food goes, 5 stars. Always fresh and hot, and cooked well. The problem is the customer service. The last two times I've gone they messed up my order.

The first time I ordered an 8 piece nuggets meal and a spicy chicken sandwich. They tell me to pull to the front and wait. Guy comes out a few minutes later with the food. Ask if everything was in there and he said yes. Get home, no chicken sandwich.

The second time I ordered again an 8 piece chicken nuggets meal and a spicy chicken sandwich. They remembered the chicken sandwich this time, but only gave me the chicken nuggets without my fries and drink. Luckily I had double checked this time, and asked for my missing items.

I only go here because it's the closest Popeye's location to me. If I had any other choice I wouldn't even bother. If you go here make sure you check for all of your food before leaving.

Went through the drive through and the chicken was fresh and yummy. Was pleasantly surprised, this place is 100000x better than KFC

The store that can’t get even web order straight deserves this rating. 2 sandwiches missing out of 5 item order tells you the attention to detail they have). Glad that Corporate refunded.store didn’t even pick the phone. Pledge to self… never visit Popeyes.: - (
