The app to order food only gives you the option to get one sauce per each MEAL, then no option for an additional sauce, if this isn't enough to make anyone angry I order 2 meals just so I can get 2 sauces for my shrimp, yet I got Zero sauces. Even though I select specific sauces, then I call the store's phone number, and not only does no one answer but the mailbox is full. To bring the badness up a notch this has happened to me Both times I ordered using Grubhub, so they do this as the norm and don't care! Not once but both times! I used the app/select sauces and got zero. Hire someone who can actually run the business, and get rid of all the bad employees, I can't even get any resolution or fix, no one to get a hold of.this place is a disgrace.

I went in for the Popeyes promotion~ $9.99 - 5Pc Signature Chicken and the guy told me they don’t have it. The only thing they have is the big box. He blamed it on the boss and they are only allowed to offer the big box. So I took the big box and instead of charging me $5 (for the promo price) they charged me $6 plus tax!
Don’t trust what they told you.

It feels there is some dishonesty going on. They have a large poster advertising a $6 shrimp meal but when you want to order, there is a discussion in Spanish with management and the response is that only the regular $11 shrimp meal is available. Next you order a medium drink and they give you a small cup. Hard to trust these guys.

Food is great, and came out quickly. The cashier didn't seem like he wanted to be there. He then handed me someone else's similar order without checking the receipt number. Only caught it because the other customer noticed it looked like his order. The person wearing the blue shirt (manager?) was very nice though.

Solid quality and convenient location. Usually on the slow side, and they're terrible about fulfilling mobile orders.

Always a pleausure to eat at Popeyes, the chicken strips, awesome, the hamburges always fresh bread.the Staf wonderfull people always ready to help and always giving you a smile and a good mood atention. Thanks

Fried chicken was hot and fresh, only 4 star is for the waiting time which was little bit long.

Food is darn good, ALL THE TIME. Especially that chicken sandwich. Staff is always polite and helpful.

The cashier seems like they are the boss. Gives you a doesn’t care look. Attitude is outrageous. Waited for 15-20 minutes, finally got my chicken.

They are still getting the hang of thing with just opening. No online app order's and no deals at this location as well, hopefully that changes.

The only good thing about this place is the chicken. I won't say any more since I was brought up with if you don't have anything good to say keep quiet.

The chicken was fine but it's a very hectic Popeyes-as a result expect your order to take awhile.

The staff seems very unhappy here every time I visit. You literally need to flag someone down if you ordered online, they legit will just ignore you.

10 PCs with two side supposed to be 19.99, instead, I pay $37 because I need to have coupons, not mentioned on the website, ripoff

On average this place gets 5 stars. But when I went the cashier was having a bad day. She was not pleasant.
