Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen reviews
18Their butterfly shrimp was great. Can't wait to go back for more. Just wish we had one in Klamath falls Oregon
5: 30 pm no chicken iron anything ready to serve poor management don't stop here waste of time
Night time cashier is rude and has zero emotion when she's taking your order. Food is stale and they close the seating area after 8: 30 so once again, you have to sit in your truck and eat. I guess it's what you should expect at one of the worst truckstops on the west coast.
Don't expect service. Menu screens are off at pizza hut employee will look at you then walk away and disappear.no employee at the Popeyes.i guess someone should tell them they actually have to work for their pay.
I ordered 4 peaces combo which always come with one chicken breast atleast! And when i get my order i open the box right away and told the person there is no chicken breast. And i kindly asked can i have one instead any of them. The guy said we cant take it back, if we give you chicken breast it would be free which is they cant do it! Becareful what you getting in here! If you get what you want its your luck!
Worst experience ever the lady that was cashier was so rude I bought a soda and she told me the total and walked away didn’t even wait for my card to approve she just walked away and they were not busy never coming here again
I ordered 16 pieces of chicken and they gave me 8 pieces of chicken AND 8 WINGS! Charged me more than $30.00 for all those stupid wings. If you buy HERE, CHECK YOUR CHICKEN, THEY MAY GIVE YOU MORE WINGS THAN OTHER PIECES.
John the cook here is an amazing guy, his chicken is on point. The cashier has great interpersonal skills and is pleasant to interact with. Of all the Popeyes I've eaten in 33 years, this one is definitely one of the best. If you're traveling on I-5 through Redding make this your lunch or dinner stop.
Zero Customer service I’m here from last 10 minutes she don’t even look at me.
Very bad service
It was not food food and they said they'd call me back but never did I'm very disappointed in the food and customer service.
I went in there and asked for a breast to big breast and she said she has none but she said she's not making none and I'm paying customer and they should have put me at least 2 in so I got no food at this restaurant but attitude
They cut up the thigh and breast in cos I got half of each when I ordered my 4piece combo meal. What is that all about? Very disappointed
This was the most disappointing lunch I’ve had at any truck stop. The high price of everything was not the reason for the disappointment, it was the small pieces of chicken and the small less than cup of mashed potatoes. Then we asked for butter for our biscuit and she said it was in the bag ok. There was no butter in the bag. Sham on you popeyes I will pass this place up in the future. The only reason I give this place a 1 star is because you have to rate it to write a review…
Fast friendly service, I was greeted when I got in, it was all around a great experience especially in a truck stop. You'd usually never see that in a truck stop. But here the staff was awesome. This is the first time ever coming out to redding so it was a very nice surprise
Usually the popeye's at some of these travel stops are really slow, however these ladies here here are no joke. Not only was my order prepared quickly but they were also courteous and very friendly. Thank you very much see you Soon.
Cashier was extraordinary. In the worst ways possible. I get it someone told you and that someone heard from someone else! Read Leviticus.it's the beginning of masking for health, coincidentally they also said social distancing and, wait for it.
Quarantine!
She asked if I had a mask after ofc flippantly discounting me as a legit customer despite my proximity to the register. Only masked customers count, as it was. I did immediately ask if I needed to go get a mask from this roundish, unhealthy looking female. Frankly, if she was worried about her health.a mask wasn't the biggest priority. Apologies if your offended by your hypocrisy!
I wasn't responded to and her actual "response" was an action as if helpfully handing me a mask. To which I threw it away as I walked out the restaurant without ordering. Wasn't great the last few visits so considering this/with abhorrent hours that are generally less convenient and that 60% price hike for said convenience.
Won't be back!
Stopped here for the night and went in an ordered dinner. After giving Jordan my order for an 8 piece meal I also asked for 5 blackened tenders, tenders only not the combo. She canceled my 8 piece meal and only rang up the tenders. When I complained about that, with the shift lead standing right there, he acted like it wasn't a problem. They've raised their meals to 26.99 and you can't even get your order taken properly.
UPDATE: Mary from Popeyes called and said she'd address the problem. Thanks for the call and I hope the staff gets better.
