Great customer service Brandon took my order with so much good energy and the food was fresh! Happy with the service I received at this location

Good food but even better if you have the mobile app and save some bucks on a single or family meal.

The people were friendly, and the service was fast. I'll be genuinely honest though, I'm not a of fan of the flavor. The only thing I liked from Popeye's was their mashed potatoes and gravy. Everything else, I can do without. I respect those who like it. Enjoy.

Thanks for the really friendly and respectful approach my teenage son chose always this location because he appreciate them.

Food is always good. The employees are always so nice and they look happy working here.
Drive thru is somewhat slow sometimes but the food is so fresh and good it's worth it.

Popeyes used to be in N. M. (south west US), then they were gone, closed up. So glad I found them while I was in National City the other day. But only 2 pickles extra? Come on now!

Placed an order online arrived 10 min later and was told I needed to wait an additional 15 minutes since the chicken was not ready. The manager said sometimes they get “online”
Orders way later and that is why I had to wait. Do not enable online orders if you do not have the capability as a business to fulfill them. What a waist of time.

Good place but they made a mistake in my order and I had to return from my house to change it only able before arriving to make the return.

First time at this location I absolutely loved the customer service. The food was exceptional this is my new Popeyes spot for sure. Highly recommend!

They got our order wrong. And when we went to get the rest of our order, they accused us of lying. The employee exact words were " I did give them the 12 biscuits, check the cameras " speaking to her manager. Very Disappointing. Probably won't ever go there again.

Tonight we drove thru because there was no line, luckily they were busy enough to let us browse the menu for a little while. And they certainly were busy, we could tell when we got to the window. After the line of cars built up behind us, they asked us to park out front. We waited there a bit, enjoying the cool breeze and cloudy sky. The wait ended up being longer than expected, which was no big deal because their popcorn shrimp is worth the wait. 5 orders, all perfect, plus an apple pie and a few extra tenders. Thank you all for your hard work.

PS how can I get some jambalaya or dirty rice? I need a Popeyes sides plug

Great fast service my favorite Popeyes to visit in all San Diego team and management are awesome always super fast and delicious food ALWAYS!

It was ok but not enough spicy sauce. I asked for extra and it was just a bit spicy. When someone ask for extra the sandwich should have spicy sauce coming out of the sandwich when i bite it)!

I think they gave me an old sandwich, the bread was dry and the chicken wasn't crispy. Usually it's good but this location needs to be careful with how long the let the sandwiches sit. So I guess always request a fresh one, lesson learned.

Super nice staff, everyone seems chipper this early. Also super cute cashier. The spicy chicken sandwich never disappoints. I’m super happy dine in is open!

First time I ate the Chicken sandwich. What all the hype about. It was ok. Nothing to stand in line for. Yes I will get one occasionally, I was not really that impressed with it.

I just went inside the restaurant to order and the manager said they could not take any cash payments. They were only taking credit and debit cards. I've never seen any place that doesn't take cash. We left and are going to another location.
