Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, Santa Rosa CA

I want to give it zero stars. I ordered online to pickup at the drive thru. The snotty girl at the drive thru window said I had to come in the lobby, that they only give Online orders in the lobby. I told her I specifically selected drive thru as I was not appropriate to go on the lobby. I asked if I could pull around and park and they could bring my order out to me.
This snotty girl rolled her eyes and said no. I said to cancel my order and she said I had to do it on the app. Couldn’t find how to do it on the app, so 20 minutes later on hold they put in a request to refund me.
I got to come home empty handed to my family.
That girl need to be fired and never work in customer service again.
I will never go to a Popeyes again

One of your drive thru cashiers. Is rude, I didn't catch the name. But it's a girl, it happened today 5: 40 pm. Hope that she's gonna change that attitude of hers.

Super delisous food! The chicken tenders with there BBQ sauce mmmmm so so sooo good. There $3.99 chicken sandwiches wow so good! Next time im getting 2 sandwiches. ;)

Horrible customer service, couldn't take my coupon even though we gave her the coupon code, got stale rubbery chicken and I asked for mild and I got spicy

Bland, and rubbery. It was quite surprising how sub par the chicken and seasonings were. I wonder if the cooks forgot to use enough seasoning in the chicken this time. Ended up giving it away to a homeless person who was camping out in the popeye's parking lot.

This location has come a long way recently with a new staff that makes coming to popeyes such a better experience. Big props to the girl always working the drive thru on the day shift. She is always extremely nice and always has a can do attitude give her a raise!

Rude window guy. Needs to be trained the right way. 2nd time in two weeks and he can't follow simple directions such as giving cx the requested sauces.

I literally had to watch the woman a head of me repeatedly call out to and try to wave at the register attendant who had his head down, looking at his phone, with headphones in.
Also my food was cold for just be handed to me.

I went to pick up food for my wife. They forgot my and biscuits while waiting for that they forgot my pie the drive thru guy rushing I missed that I didn't get my two side also. After spending 57 spent I would think the worker would make sure everything is in the order is in the bag. So in short make sure you check your order do let them rush you.

They have a peice online foe combo 2 piece @899 when I ordered on the store the charge me 1049. They suck even i show rhe online price and ahe said price is wrong.

Amazing food! They always try their best to make everything fast. Thanks to the managers that work in the morning. They are extremely nice!

We had a really delicious lunch here. I went with my husband and our two grown sons. Tasty food and very sweet service staff!

Food ok but deal breaker are the managers and staff if your order is short its a fight to get what you paid for and did not get or you order a combo and instead of paying combo price get charged individually for each item and pay more then had it been charged a combo

Walked into the lobby to place my order. I placed my order and waited 30 minutes for my order (they forgot or lost my order).
Every, and I really do mean EVERY order placed in that 1/2 hr was wrong.
Customers were treated poorly asking for thier correct items.
One woman wanted sauce packets that was not included in her bag, but was told they would cost extra.
I asked for the posted special, but was told it didn't exist. I said to the cashier "turn around and look at the board", he refused.
They advertise a drink upgrade (frozen lemonade instead of soda), but charged me full price for the 2nd drink, then gave me a blank stare when I questioned it.
I'm glad I kept my receipt (you have to ask for your receipt) to PROVE my order was wrong and had to be corrected before I left.
I'm not a chef, but I don't think fish and chicken should be deep fried in the same oil.
I usually have low expectations for fast food chains, and this franchise did not disappoint.
Will not be going back to this location.
