I would give them a zero if I could. I bought a chicken sandwich and went out to my car and it was cold and nasty and I took it back and asked for a fresh hot one and two seconds later I was given another cold and nasty one so we're not ask for my money back the guy got an attitude and made me wait. You told me they made about 25 patties already and they were not going to make any more until those were gone! No one wants a cold nasty chicken sandwichr There was nothing but a bunch of young Asian guys in there looking like they were teenagers. I will not be going back to that location!

I like to drop in for a quick bite when I'm in the area, usually before the lunchtime rush. I've had mostly positive experiences with the food and service at this location. Ordering ahead for pickup through the Popeye's app will shorten your wait time provided the line isn't stretching out the door when you arrive. With that said, I'm typically in and out in under 5 minutes.

When ordering take out you have to wait in the entire line just to pick up the bag!

The chicken sandwich is pretty hard on my mouth, kind of tore open the roof of my mouth.

The workers are very busy and nice.

Picked up for a friend of mine and the restaurant was clean; they followed Covid rules of 6ft apart, staff was friendly and suggesting new products to try.

Hey everyone I know there are reviews on here great and not so great. I still will go and order food here because my experience has been good. Sorry to hear for the other peoole it wasn't good. But that goes with any place the food may not be all that great every time. Take care.

I read the reviews for this place and I should always give people the benefit of doubt cause everyone is entitled to having a bad experience. But this place was exactly who the people said they’re, too bad cause I write many reviews and usually I’m finding no gems

First thing first, I love Popeyes Chicken Sandwich! But this location seems REALLY STINGY on the chicken. I've eaten here 5 or 6 times because it's the closest to my house. The chicken in the chicken sandwich here looks smaller than the chicken patty from McDonald's! I go to the Popeyes on El Camino in Sunnyvale from time to time. The chicken in the chicken sandwich there is twice as big. As much as I like Popeyes, I wouldn't be going back to this store again.

Service was fast however this one employee with glasses that rung me up was super pushy, rude, loud, and did not have his mask on right, not sure if it was the manager but it was continuous with others he rung up.i politely ordered 2 things and didn’t give him a hard time or anything.he was just straight up disrespectful!

The slowest Popeyes ever. The staff kept saying multiple times "1 minute". After I waited for 30 minutes more and asked them about my order, they ignored me. When I come, the store are not even busy.
Keep away from this store if you don't want to ruin your day.

The biscuits are the best. They melt in your mouth. The chicken sandwich was delicious as well. Recommend ordering ahead of time since they tend to get busy around lunch time.

Horrible establishment, workers are talking to another individual who I'm assuming works there but is out of uniform and keeps walking in and out of the kitchen whole time talking an distracting the other employees. I took this picture as they were handling my food while they all kept talking to the gentleman about cars and Marijuana. This is ridiculous, this is what happens when you let immature teens work a whole shift. Not to mention the place exceeded the 5 max capacity limit.
UPDATE: Food was cold and gave me drums instead of Tenders like I ordered. I also asked for TWO SWEET TEAS and I got One sweet and one Unsweet.

This place is always crowded drive thru and walk into, but the food is outstanding, red beans and rice is a favorite along with the chicken

I like popeyes in general especially their spicy chicken sandwich.but this place prepare food too salty. I ordered food from this place multiple times and also ordered food from the other popeyes (1671 N Capitol Ave, San Jose, CA 95132) and compared.all family members believe this place added too much salt.we stop order food from this places and move on to the other popeyes even that is a little far away.

I went during the lunch rush for their new spicy chicken sandwich and it was not a mad house! Waited for about 10 minutes for the sandwich. Got to agree with the Bieb on this one. The sandwich is really good but not worth the hype.

The chicken tenders weren't fresh. There was no straws and when I asked one of the cashier's for straws he asked me if I saw them right next to the soda fountain. Someone went to refill it when I said there was no straws. Unorganized.
